The bakery sells all kinds of items for baking or cooking, like flour, oil, fresh eggs, maple syrup, butter pickles in jars, and of course their homemade bread, cinnamon rolls, fruit pies, fresh doughnuts; they have a little bit of everything and everything is delectable ! The bakery is very clean inside, and in the summer they have beautiful flowers outside! Their staff is very knowledgeable of their products and very friendly and helpful. You do have to travel a ways to get there, but like the name of bakery – it is worth the drive!

Yes, the baked items are delicious, but OMG their beef is the absolute best. Just cooked up a ribeye I bought and it was one of the best cuts of beef I’ve ever cooked. Their cheese options are pretty darn awesome too. It definitely is Worth the Drive!

This bakery is WORTH THE DRIVE . If you’re nearby or going to the sand dunes make the 30 min detour and thank me later. Fresh baked breads, local made cheeses, fried hand pies, meats, jams etc. They also provide free fresh made donuts and coffee while you shop. Very sweet and everything is delicious.

Best carrot cake I’ve had in many years, if not ever. I live in Colorado Springs and I randomly picked up this carrot cake at Bread and Butter while shopping for something else. I was just happy there was no nuts, because I have an allergy and it’s difficult to find carrot cakes without them. Me and the whole family ate our piece of cake without a single crumb left. Very moist, flavorful, and fresh. The cream cheese frosting was incredible. So glad I happened to pick one up! We will keep checking for other items sold at Bread and Butter until we can make the trip to your bakery.

I have to say, i am very dissapointed and might as well shop at Walmart.
The so called homemade zuchini bread was filled with baking soda and other raising aids ( no zuchini anywhere) just like any low bugdet- high cost retailer in the US.
Still in disbelieve…i have deep respect for the Amish and therefore even more.

Very delicious bake good! Owners are very friendly & the have a nice clean setup. Prices are very reasonable so if you live in the area or just passing through definitely stop by, I highly recommend it. It is a little off the main road but trust me, it’s worth it. All home made from scratch. They do accept credit/debit cards.

They have a great variety of fresh baked goods, fry pies, deli meats and cheeses, jellies, jams, and the best donuts in Colorado, they melt in your mouth!! My favorite bread is the Jalepeno cheese bread. The chocolate chip cookies are amazing to. You get a free donut and coffee while supplies last. It’s always a good idea to call ahead to see when they’re open and if you want something specific order ahead an they’ll have it ready for you when you get there. If you have trouble finding it just call them, they’re happy to give you directions.
