My pizzas were left in prep for over an hour and a half, when I went into the building to see why it was taking so long I find a new hire who just learned how to make pizzas completely alone as orders and callers pile up. As I watched him work he was clearly stressed as all of the aspects of the job were starting to weigh on him. Whatever manager allowed a new hire to be completely alone like this should be replaced; this location clearly needs more workers and whoever runs it should start being a better boss before your store starts to lose money.

In the past, I’ve had great Domino’s Pizza, in other towns. The pizza I got yesterday from this location, is the worst Domino’s Pizza I’ve ever had. I ordered a medium pizza with extra cheese and sauce… I don’t think that’s what I got in amount. The taste was not very good. I hope this location can improve.

Shout out to Max tonight. Our first delivery driver didn’t bring part of our order and said he would be back. He never showed up but Max brought the rest of our food and a 2 liter for a troubles over an hour later. Dude deserves 5 stars for service though because he helped me catch my cat when she bolted for freedom as we were talking. Thanks again for everything Max, you rock!

Ordered through domino’s app…the app never updated so our pizza got cold outside. Our pizza had zero sauce on it — I don’t mean they skimped, I mean they forgot to add it entirely. We also ordered a pepperoni cheesy bread that was scorched in the oven and delivered as a burnt log. I phoned the store to have our food re-delivered after 2 hours of waiting — not an exaggeration, we are talking hours — and the person I spoke to told me to bring the food back in so they could remake it. We ordered food because we are drinking alcohol. It is obviously unsafe to drink and drive. This domino’s delivered less than mediocre food and it took them over an hour to deliver it. And customer service was unfortunate. I know this is small fish, but this is basic stuff and they really flubbed it.

We usually pick up from this location, but decided to order delivery. From the time it took us to order till the time we got the pizza, we waited over 3 hours for our delivery, called the location 3 times, and each time they said it would be out for delivery in the next 10 minutes. Not to mention the staff were rude. Terrible service, will NEVER order from here again.

I walked in, told the employee my name, and he just walked to the back and then straight outside. No one else acknowledged me or even looked at me. When someone finally asked if I’d been helped, I explained what happened. She grabbed my food but didn’t apologize, didn’t say anything. No ‘sorry,’ no ‘you’re welcome.’ Just handed it over. Classless and honestly depressing customer service.

I just worked a 12hr day with a hr and an half drive home. I timed my delivery perfectly after topping me tank off. It was wrong damn pizza. I ordered half sausage and half cheese so my college student would polish it off whrn she got home. I ABSOLUTELY hate pepperoni and the bacon wasnt cooked right with a very weird texture that was rubbery. Never been so disappointed and starving bc i didn’t want to drive on a full stomach and maybe die or be a murder bc i fell asleep. It sucked they didnt answer the phone. I guess I’m out of $20 and plan to get up earlier than my normal 3am for a big breakfast before I do it ALL over again.

Everything is crap about this place. EVERYTHING!!!!! Who ever is answering phones needs to go get a new job. Not my fault your online ordering is messed up and I was already told by another store they could honor the discount but for some reason you can’t????? Your food is always under cooked anyways!!!!! We have ordered from this Domino’s location several times. After tonight’s experience, I will never order from Domino’s again. Online order placed around 9:30 pm. At 11:30 pm we received a phone call from this location telling us that there was NO chicken available for a Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich. Of course we had ordered two. Replaced with Phili Cheese sandwiches. Please see below. Will not be coming back, ever!
