I called at 5:45 p.m. and asked if they were serving eggplant parmesan. They said they were. I called back at about 20 past 6:00 to order eggplant parmesan, and I was told that they weren’t serving it that night because they were too busy. To be fair, what I did order was excellent. But seriously, who does that? I have probably called 10 times to ask if they were serving eggplant Parmesan and they never are. Why even have it on the menu?

Waited an hour and 20 minutes for a chicken parm dinner, chicken flip’s, and a plain cheese Stromboli. Just for the plain stromboli to have salami in it, or some mystery meat, very disappointing when your hungry, it was expensive, and took forever.
