Terrible service I placed my order over the phone they said 15mins for pickup. When I arrived they hadn’t even started my order til I got there I had to wait an additional 25 mins. The atmosphere is SUPER LOUD!! the hostess couldnt even hear me. Then to make my night worse the food was extremely tasteless very very bland and chewy!! Almost as if they take cheap cuts of meat from a packet, put it on a grill and that’s it not even salt or pepper smh. I’m very disappointed I even paid for this food and I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE to anyone. I’ve had Colombian food many times never this flavorless. I threw the whole tray away that’s how bad it was high expectations big let down will leave you feeling like you’ve wasted money. My first and last experience with this restaurant.

Simón Parrilla delivers a spectacular dining experience! The food was outstanding, with generous portions that truly make each plate an A+. Prices were also quite reasonable, making the quality and quantity even more impressive.
The service was friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall experience. Although the restaurant got very busy, and at times it took a bit for the staff to return to the table, I completely understand they’re human, after all. What truly mattered to me was that they acknowledged the delay and sincerely apologized, which speaks volumes about their professionalism and customer care.
Overall, a fantastic place that I would highly recommend!

After living in Colombia for 10 years, this is an excellent place for full authenticity. I went with the family to see Colombia qualify this evening for WC ’26, and it was just like any great bar we’ve been in back in Colombia. So whether you’re a homesick Colombian or just curious to see how hospitable and welcoming the Colombian people are, then you should just go and hang out here, get a bucket of beers, try everything on the menu and talk to people. I’m sure anyone will love it. I’m gonna mention one more thing which may be controversial to some… I’m not American, and so the tipping culture seems a bit out of control to me as a recent resident here in Orlando, I don’t think it should be as high as what the social norm has allowed it to be (in excess of 20%). Patrons shouldn’t be penalized on an expensive bottle of wine for example, when the server does the exact same ‘work’ whether it’s a $10 bottle or a $200 bottle. So before I go offtrack… THIS bar have their tipping option percentages on the handheld card machine set as 3% 5% and 7%. Which was such a pleasant relief. I gave a custom amount for higher, for the first time ever, because I felt appreciated as a customer. This is another reason to love the Colombian culture, and this bar! They do the right thing all-round. I will defo be back to Simon Parrilla!

We tried the steak and onions and chicken breast lunch special. The lunch special comes with soup and a fountain drink for only $10.99. The portions are very generous! The food was really well seasoned and tasted delicious. We had zero expectations going in and were pleasantly surprised overall. Also tried the $5 Margarita special. It was good. I highly recommend trying this restaurant out, it is by far one of the best Colombian restaurants I’ve been to in a long time!

The service was terrible. They only had one table with six people, and you had to call them three or four times to get water or soda. They didn’t have half the items and would wait until you ordered to tell you they didn’t have them. All the food came out cold. My plate came with tostones and all the meat on top: chicken, beef, and chicharrón. The tostones were crispy because they put the meat on top cold. The bill was the same; I waited almost 17 minutes, and the place was empty.

We came to Simon Parrillada for lunch midweek. The restaurant wasn’t busy but, we still chose to sit at the bar. We ordered several appetizers and main dishes, along with drinks. Overall, the food was very good and the portions were generous. The staff was very friendly, especially the bartender, who took good care of us and gave us a rundown on the different activities that happen during the week.
