Haven’t gone to Chipotle in ages but dropped by today.
All in all it’s still pretty good with pricing honestly being better now then it was years ago comparatively.
Yes the portions are a bit worse but for about $12, you won’t get a meal like this in most fast food chains in the area.

Very disappointed with today’s experience at this Chipotle. Ordered a double portion burrito and barely got 6 slices of carne asada. Burrito was cold when I got it because I saw the pickup order person make it halfway then just leave it on the counter for ten minutes before finishing it. Chips were stale and had no lime flavor. Queso was lukewarm and gritty. On top of this, I ordered for a 1:10pm pickup and it wasn’t ready until well past 1:30pm, and in the meantime the in person line was moving fast and cleared out completely — then the other workers just stood there instead of helping with the pickup orders. Not even an acknowledgement when they finally finished and handed it over to me. Several other people with pickup orders were also waiting patiently for their orders. I will never go back to this Chipotle again, and if this is the way Chipotle as a whole is headed, I’ll take my business elsewhere where they actually care about their product and customer satisfaction.

I’m not sure why this chipotle location is especially bad, but every time i go the portions are tiny and the service is awful. other chipotle locations aren’t as bad as this one, but every time in the last 2 years I’ve been like “huh i wonder if I’m misremembering how bad this chipotle is” and try jt again I’m disappointed.

This place is all around terrible. Every time I’ve gone, I am always greeted with bad service and even worse food product. And each time I go, I seem to go with the hope that they will do better…but they never do!
Customer service is just plain bad. The employees either roll their eyes or give you annoyed looks, like you are wrong for asking for what you did.
Food preparation is TERRIBLE. The times I’ve ordered my burrito, it has always been cold and portions served are a joke, almost like a pinch of each selection.
Serving Station Appearance: always looks messy! Meats crossing over into other containers and spillage all over their counters.
Overall, AVOID THIS PLACE and save yourself the disappointment.

Update: this place is a joke. Customer service is bad. Employees ignore you and take long to just a knowledge you. Chipotle always respond with a generic message but never does anything. Your business is going downhill and you guys don’t even know

They use to have great workers dont know what happened but now they can never get it right, and they are far from on the same page waited 15 minutes being told thats when the chicken al pastor would be done no one came in, got back in line and was told it was sold out, and then with the super bowl code was told 3 different things from different people being on the same page is crucial I live close would come here often and now I will not, code will now expire very disappointed with their customer service and lack of care for customer satisfaction

If you’re placing an order online or a mobile order, don’t do it! The portion is skimp and ridiculous. Like a half a scoop of what you ordered, If that! If you go inside to order you can definitely tell them to add more. I have gone to this chipotle over the years and the online ordering hasn’t got better which has prompted this review. Don’t mobile order or any type of online ordering from this location.

Very bad service!! especially this short-height guy who had AirPods ON while making my burrito. For every single topping, i had to tell him 3-4 times still he wont do his job correctly. For 1st time in my life i paid money for half empty burritos since the employee (short guy) was INTENTIONALLY not adding enough toppings. I also noticed he was providing same service to all the customers.

I went to order my food and take out.the person who was serving me was putting item as per my request. One avacado feel outside my bowl on serving line . He put half in my bowl and half back to same container . How is this acceptable. How can I eat food with a peace of mind what if food is contaminated with something when we still came out or just a big pandemic. This is basic hygiene process . Manager did not say a word to him.
