Do you guys not know how to distribute topping efficiently and evenly ? Ordered a pizza with four toppings and topping were spread onto like two slices of the pizza and not the entire pizza also was not cooked properly and not enough sauce. You realize a 5 year old can make a pizza better than this right ? Absolutely ridiculous not sure how you’re still in business. Will be disputing charge with my bank to get money back.

Small papa John’s location but the staff is all very nice and its clean. I will say the new Yorker pizza is just a large pizza they cut into 6 peices it’s nothing special. The flavor was good though, love papa John’s.

Update 2024 – Unfortunately nothing has changed at this place. As a matter of fact it is even worse now. Didn’t thought it was possible but they did it. The skinny girl with red hair needs an attitude check. She behaves as if she is doing a favor on everyone by taking their order. Always in a foul mood. Just quit if you hate your job.
Probably the worst experience I have ever had at a Pizza Place. Was picking up for someone else and the order wasn’t ready. The employee at the counter appeared to be sleepy and not interested. Asked her what time the store closes and she was hesitantly answered 10 pm. So we wanted to order a Pizza for ourselves. As soon as we went ahead to place our order some other girl from the back said that they have stopped taking Carry out orders. Who stops taking orders a whole Hour and 15 mins before the store closes?. On top of that there were 4 employees working. Finally the other order was ready and I noticed 3 boxes instead of 2 so I asked her if It’s the right order to which she appeared surprised. Apparently she handed me the wrong order even without checking. She then went back and got the right order.
Seriously won’t be coming back here.

DO NOT order here. Just don’t. You will regret it. Extremely long wait times, nonchalant (ONE) employee working, and barely any cheese on the pizza at all. Its like eating bread with marinara sauce on it.

I picked up a Jack-o-Lantern pizza for Halloween without pre ordering right after the staff had just had a 2 hour wait and despite being swamped on a holiday everyone was not only polite but friendly AND in the spooky spirit. The music was bumping and it only took about 10mins for my pizza to be ready. A great experience that I was not expecting ⭐

I ordered a large with chicken and I definitely didnt get a large pizza more like a medium and it was slathered in sauce. The crust is huge on this thing. The dough was so thick it wasnt even cooked all the way through. Come on guys have better quality control.

Been coming here for years and recently it’s fallen apart. Sometimes I come in and only 1 person is working on a Friday night. Today I walked in with 12 people already in line. People waiting 20 plus min to just talk to the register person. My pizza was just sitting there but since I was the last in line my pizza sat in oil and got soggy to where it fell apart upon eating at home. Workers here don’t care anymore. I live 20 min away so I’m not coming back to have you take 30 min to remake my pizza and make me wait 20 min to get it after it comes out of the oven. Needs new management and workers. I’d give negative stars and tips. Y’all don’t deserve a minimum wage

Ordered through grubhub , my pizza is inedible due to it being barely cooked. The crust is still dough, if only they let it cook 5 more mins. Ordered a 10 piece breadsticks and got 7/10 idk if the delivery person was hungry or the people were just lazy. Just gonna stick to my options on doordash from now on.
