I ordered a bootlegger combo with avocado and cheese. I got meat, bread, lettuce, and mayo. The crew seemed really spacey. They ignored me as I asked them, over the next 30 minutes, where my order was. They made only 3 other sandwiches the whole time I was there. Would not recommend this place.

Asked for no lettuce.. And I guess they scraped it off or they dont care about changing gloves or WHATEVER THE HECK… if I were allergic id have a reaction just to make a point!!! I wont be returning.. Slow service. Also I think sarcastic as they apologized for putting lettuce in my first sandwich and then gave me this (photo below) as part of my second!

Husband and I went to get sandwiches here and they said they were out of bread but when we got to the window, they were pulling fresh bread from the oven. We had to order those lettuce wrap things and on top of getting no tomatoes when I asked for them, one whole cucumber slice, and a pitiful amount of dressing, they STUFFED the middle with more lettuce and I only got one slice of ham, turkey, and cheese. If I wanted to pay $9 for lettuce I’d have gone to the store. On top of it all they took forever.

Evidently I haven’t been in for years because I was shell shocked to see a meal deal for $17 something. But the quality and taste is as good as I remember. I got to chatting with Kyler, Tyler, and Tyler (no kidding. Those were the three guys there). Super nice. Very friendly. Kyler was especially personable and enjoyable. I learned that this location is very involved in the community helping people get on their feet with a job opportunity. Very cool.
I see there are some fairly harsh reviews. I have a feeling it comes down to who is working that day. I came on a great day evidently. What’s MORE concerning to me is not that there are some bad reviews, but in each case, the response from the owner includes some form of apology and an invitation to resubmit the complaint to a different website to communicate with the owner. So which one is the owner? And why not just take care of them immediately instead of having them jump through another hoop?
They’re already unhappy. Adding homework isn’t going to help the situation.

Can’t thank Jimmy John’s enough!…Had an event today and needed a last minute lunch order to feed 30 hungry firefighters and they put together 30 box lunches and delivered them in an hour!

I have a dairy allergy, they are always very understanding and even when I get a delivery they assure me they changed their gloves and used a new knife to ensure there was no cross contamination! The food is also always delicious with fresh ingredients.
