Kung pao chicken had a very BURNT flavor. I had let them know and the manager didnt even come out and talk to me but rather told them to tell me thats how its supposed to taste.
However as a 35 year old creature of habit who eats kung pao chicken weekly. I know better than that

Little frustrating to order ahead for your break, get a text your order is ready, punch out only to find my order needed to be cooked still. So now I’m wasting my break waiting on food I will have very little time to eat now.

I don’t usually get food from here because the line is nearly always long but I decided to get some today for the cravings. Ordered 3 Togo plates. My wife was enjoying her plate when she bit down on a hard plastic found in the fried rice. Looked like a piece of cabbage from the lomein but upon further examination it was a thick plastic possibly from a bag. This place seems to be having worse quality control every time I eat here. Few years ago I also found a few pieces of hair in my rice. This will probably be my last time eating here.

I really love Panda Express but this location is a little funky, I don’t know if it’s the bad Omen of having “Mall food” or what the case is here….. But every time I order the food is oddly really dry, and tastes like it’s been sitting for hours. Some of the dishes taste like the recipes completely changed from other locations… I don’t know if it’s the lack of the food being fresh on certain days or if they happen to run out of certain sauces or something and just have to improvise… But it tastes off. The employees are always very sweet, end hard-working. I’ve been here several times when the line was 20 people long, It’s usually the longest line in the whole mall during rushes. But I’ve been here and it’s busiest hour, medium, and light days… I feel like I always have the same experience of dull dry food, never enough condiments to hydrate, and overall a “meh” experience. Panda Express used to be so dang good here, what happened?

Very very very slow service. Waited in line 20 minutes to order food and when I reached the front of the line, the manager (alice) began to make online orders vs. taking my order. Kind of confusing considering there were 15 people behind me who all witnessed what I did?

I’m never getting food here again. I ordered a bowl with orange chicken and chow mein, and while I was eating, I found a live bug in my food. I went back to the counter and showed it to both workers. One of them didn’t even seem shocked, which makes me think this probably happens often. They apologized and gave me a new bowl, but the whole experience was unacceptable and completely ruined my appetite.

Went to this location this morning was hungry trying to get food before work I was in line there was a customer in front of me one behind me instead of asking what I would like. They skipped me and I never got no food very angry at this point I have worked in food business for 28 years now and never had I once did this to a customer. This is not excepted at all very poor business because customer is what keeps business open and employees paid. So she just did not serve me so I had to be the bigger person and just walk away without eating today now

Doordash it. I swear they will let you sit in a line of 10 while every single associate fills non stop doordash orders. 45 minutes I waited in line. I was 2nd in line all 45 minutes. Was late back to work and their response was, well sorry. I will stick with Charleys. Food in less than 10 minutes and made fresh.
