If you want to try traditional New Mexican cuisine, this is the place. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. Everything tasted home-made. Best meal of our trip to New Mexico. The red and green sauce were both delicious as was the carne adobada.

This place has great food it’s wonderful. The only thing that I dislike about this restaurant is that the prices are extremely expensive. I could understand the prices for the adult plates but they charged us the same amount of money for a child’s plate like if I bought an adults plate. I did not like this idea because my child cannot eat the same amount as an adult would. When the plate come to the table it was the serving size as a child should eat. The other part I did not like was that it included the tip on the bill and they did a 20% charge to my bill. All this time I thought the tip was supposed to be 15%. The reason I did not like this was because sometimes you have bad waitresses who don’t want to do their job. And if they know they’re going to get their 20% they are not going to make sure they’re working for their tips. Although this time that I went we had a great waitress. But next time what if I have a bad waitress in the future. This should be up to me what I am willing to leave as a tip.

The food is great, especially the lamb. However, the restaurant could be cleaner. Restrooms & dining areas always have a dirty feel to them. They really need to renovate. It reminds me of the old Red’s Steak House. Great steaks but the atmosphere was a real downer.
