I was especially impressed by the roastery room available for customers to view as beans are roasted in house! Unfortunately, when I arrived there were none roasting, but I’d love to come by again to watch the process. There was also an outdoor patio that I plan on checking out next time I visit.
Looking at the menu, although there were some seasonal options available, the overall selection was pretty limited. From the financial perspective of the company, I can understand there are probably multiple reasons why a limited menu is helpful. However, I would’ve loved to see more options for add-on’s such as syrups or a wider selection of alternative milks.
I ended up ordering an iced latte with brown sugar and macadamia nut milk. It was delicious! I will for sure be back to this shop when I’m in town.
After I got my drink, I tried multiple lids thinking I was doing something wrong. When I went back to ask, I was told they could “put it into two smaller cups because they are out of lids”.
At that point, I just asked for a completely different drink so I could get a cup with an actual lid.
Terrible experience.
