One of my family’s favorite get-together spots. Baristas are so cool and sweet They usually even remember my mother’s go-to coffee haha. I’ve gone here to study, to hang out, and even on multiple birthdays. I love the brown sugar iced latte and the breakfast burritos.

Just found a Great coffee Roaster in Knoxville. Plenty of seating with a wrap around bar. The outside looks like an old garage so you can pass it right by and be unaware of it. I tried a Cortata and a Chai tea, both were Great. Also got a egg and bean wrap which they make here. It was fresh and delicious. Parking is tough but worth being patient to find an opening. This just may be my new favorate cafe in Knoxville at this point. Try it and Enjoy. They Roast their beans on site.

This was my first time visiting Honeybee Coffee Co! The industrial design and elements, such as the light fixtures, adds a cool and unique touch to the atmosphere.

I was especially impressed by the roastery room available for customers to view as beans are roasted in house! Unfortunately, when I arrived there were none roasting, but I’d love to come by again to watch the process. There was also an outdoor patio that I plan on checking out next time I visit.

Looking at the menu, although there were some seasonal options available, the overall selection was pretty limited. From the financial perspective of the company, I can understand there are probably multiple reasons why a limited menu is helpful. However, I would’ve loved to see more options for add-on’s such as syrups or a wider selection of alternative milks.

I ended up ordering an iced latte with brown sugar and macadamia nut milk. It was delicious! I will for sure be back to this shop when I’m in town.

Ah I would love this place if it was more consistent. Second time this week the first time our coffee was on point with size and technique. Second time we got a 10oz decaf cappuccino but it was in an espresso size cup with no handle making it hard for my little one to hold. But still charged us 4.5 Our lattes were half foam…and luke warm instead of extra hot. Service was great but it will be hard to vouch for it till I see consistency.

How do you sell coffee but not offer lids for to-go cups?

After I got my drink, I tried multiple lids thinking I was doing something wrong. When I went back to ask, I was told they could “put it into two smaller cups because they are out of lids”.

At that point, I just asked for a completely different drink so I could get a cup with an actual lid.

Terrible experience.

I now only go here for the ambiance. The coffee is not the best here. I recently got a cold brew that resembled more a tea than a cold brew. Was told this is the standard way the drink gets made, color was light and tasted exactly how it looks. I hope they improve in the future, as the location is convenient and I like supporting small businesses.

Knoxville has its fair share of great spots. While Starbucks used to be my go-to, the Honey Bee Farragut location has completely won me over. Their espresso is hands down the best in town! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is incredibly friendly, making every visit a joy. If you’re a coffee lover, I can’t recommend this local gem enough! ☕

Drove up to the Kingston pike store 45 minutes before close, barista RAN to the back to shut off lights. I drove 25 mins to get coffee and they were open. If you’re closing early, communicate that to my face. Don’t just run and hope I didn’t see lights on. I will take business elsewhere from now on.

Cold inside & dirty. Like being in a auto shop with dust & old dirt on the rafters & ductwork..
