Birthday tradition, bring bagels, cream cheese and coffee into work. The bagles were ok, nothing great, they don’t have as many cream cheese spreads. The coffee was the really annoying part, they only filled up the very expensive coffee container half full. I was half way out before I noticed this. I will think twice before I go back.

We called ahead to ensure this location had cinnamon sugar bagels and were told “yes, lots.” We arrived 15 minutes later, 10 minutes before closing time, and they had thrown all the bagels away and said they couldn’t help us because they were trying to close. Disappointing customer service.

Food is consistently good. However, restaurant consistently is short staffed on weekend mornings. Napkins are often not restocked promptly. Restaurant area also tends to get dirty (staff is needed to clean off tables and pick up after inconsiderate customers do not clean up after themselves).

This location cannot get its act together. I have been there twice in the last 2 weeks and both orders had an error. This time they forgot to toast my bagel. Last time they forgot an item in my purchase. I think it’s starts at the top. Management needs to do a better job training employees. Employees need to pay more attention to orders.

The staff here are amazing great vibes and customer service everything was clean and up to my standards. I ordered one of the newer bagels and loved it they take allergies very seriously!! definitely recommend coming here. I’ll definitely go again! Thank you bruggers staff for the amazing experience!!

Great fast service. Only three people in line and employee knew to call another employee up front. Clean and orderly, extra requests were asked and not assumed, love that!!! With that being said, I don’t love that brueggers got clever and started to charge an extra fifty cents both honey and butter on your bagel when before you could just grab it from the dispenser.

Went on a Sunday lunch time .
Very dirty , spills on the floor and garbage over flowing. Door glass and window glass so dirty. Spill on the floor and garbage falling out onto the floor was there the whole 3 hours I was there .
Bathroom and no toilet paper on the roll but sitting out to use …gross .
Girls taking orders and serving orders had music playing from a speaker singing to it while taking orders.
Gorgeous patio area with lots of umbrellas.
