picked up my order at back river neck location at 12pm today on 1/6/26 and there was a hair in my food stuck between the meat. i also noticed the lady that made my sub had no hair net on or hat? my hair is blonde and that’s clearly a brown or darker colored hair. when i tried getting it out it was toasted into the sub and the hair snapped. i’m so disappointed bc i work near by and picked up on my break and was unable to bring it back for a remade sandwich

There is a girl who works on sandwich orders. She is a disrespectful and unclean person. She put her finger in her nose before making the sandwich. She does not wear anything on her hand. It is very bad. She does not respect the customer and yells in his face. She is very, very bad and disrespectful.

A few weeks ago I came to buy lunch as I do daily. The subs are great Sharon I think that fix the cold cut very friendly , however the lady that take the money on the other side is very nasty ..
she wasn’t nice at the beginning when she was talking to me .. but I looked over top of it bec I had a meeting to attend as my 3 yr old son grab a bag of gummie . I asked the employee wanita how much are they it was almost four dollars
With me knowing that the dollar store is around the corner I decided iam not getting them she ask me to put them back where they belong. I felt like she was being very nasty towards me bec she said it rude . So I walked away put them on the counter on the other side of the registers. Then I was walking to the left to pick up my food .as I was about to leave this employee or shenita was yelling at me asking me to not steal the gummiea and come back inside the store .
At this point my face was so hot . I didn’t want to look like the aggressive black women with a child yelling back in the store I was so embarrassed , humiliated omg I yelled are u serious?! I replied.
A Caucasian man was just standing at the door holding it for me he said,” iam so sorry I see u want to cry “.
I am in my 50’s and never been accuse of stealing before as wants continue to keep yelling asking me where are the gummies that I had in my hand I told her on the other side of the registers. This women then yell ask me why didn’t I put them back . I said that’s your job . I am so mad it was crazy . Three weeks later I had to have a meeting near that location again I have been trying to avoid this subway but there is only on in the area so I went ask the Caucasian lady I think sharon

Ingredients taste weird. Perhaps they weren’t fresh. I just tossed it. Especially after the way those women made eye contact but never spoke. Idk if it was the English (they clearly understood) or if they just had attitudes. What I do know is… my family won’t be back. The gas station portion is cool though

The subs were excellent; made exactly the way we asked for them to be! So many times places will forget to include something that you asked for unless you watch like a hawk while they prepare the food! Everything was perfect with our food and we really enjoyed our meal! We don’t usually go to this location but the others were all closed, and we noticed that this one was 24 hr! This could be our new first choice!! The food area was very clean and the customer service was excellent!!
