Pulled up at exactly 9pm, sat at the drive through for 5 minutes. Pulled up to the window and no one was inside. So I pulled back into the parking lot and tried the door. The worker was in her vehicle leaving, saw me, and kept going. Nothing as much as a “hey sorry I had to close early” or anything. Either amend your hours on your signage, or post something on the doors about closing early etc. Wasted 25 minutes getting here and going to waste another 25 to get home.
Dont bother coming to this location for a late night snack. Will amend my review if and when they reach out to me. 1/27/26

just picked up a birthday cake for 35$. I’ve had other cakes from different dairy queens.. and I never saw such a sloppy ..could care less..job on a cake..the lettering was block letters..thats fine but I seriously don’t know what color they were going for in the center outline of that cake..ugh it wasnt autumn brown and it wasnt purple it looked like poop..literal poop!.I called and they spoke to the general Mgr and they offered to refund the money if I brought the cake back..fair enough… but the birthday is today! I just suggest some training on cake decorating for future sales..I for one wont take a chance there again

i ordered a chicken sandwhich with lettuce and bacon and they couldn’t even do such a simple thing as that. i’m very dissapointed by the fact that they had also forgotten my fries with that because i bought the meal and not just the sandwhich but ya know it’s whatever they’ll not get their fries with their sandwhich one day and feel like shit for doing this to me.

Some of the employees from this establishment found a littler of kittens (barely 3 weeks old) at the dumpster, and decided to physically throw them next to the highway, one died as an result of this and another has 2 broken limbs, an out of place hip and is likely going to have to be put down. When I told the manager about this abuse all that was said was“well I wasn’t aware.” Not even an apology nor did they seem too care. sadly no one has been held responsible for this cruel act.

I have never seen a Dairy Queen this small but I guess this store is very old and maybe one of the originals? The food was awesome and the girl that took my order was one of the nicest people I have ever met at any establishment. I would definitely go here again!

I wasn’t so happy to stop here. Grew up here and visited this DQ as a kid. It was nice to see it still operating. The added eat-in area was a great addition. The restaurant was clean, the restroom was clean, and the wait staff were quick, polite, and kind.

This was the best dairy queen we’ve ever been too. It seems the food here is way more fresh than any other dairy queen we’ve eaten at. Their Ice cream was amazing of course. It took a few minutes but it was worth waiting because the food here was beyond fresh, hot and delicious. Their chicken baskets are unmatched. Taste way better than the other DQs

Went there earlier, food and service was good but there was a guy sleeping across one of the booths as if it was some kind of homeless shelter and the table surfaces were filthy and when my food was brought out, it was completely overlooked so I had to wipe my own table. I’ve been going there since I was a kid so it’s pretty sad and ridiculous to see the place in such a state. I guess I know where to go if I’m ever homeless and need a nap.

Everything was great!!! First they were open when nothing else in town was. The food was delicious and the Service was outstanding. I didn’t realize how late it was we had been riding on the motorcycle all day and just got rained on. We drove by 5 place all closed. I’ve been to different establishments in Grafton around closing time and the workers are rude or don’t want to take your order at all . But not this crew what a wonderful ending to a wonderful day thank you so much!!!
