⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I love going through the drive-through at Ono Hawaiian BBQ to grab food for my husband. Every visit is such a positive experience! The Hawaiian BBQ Mix is always fresh, hot, and bursting with flavor — absolutely perfect. My husband even wants to try the whole menu now!

The prices are high but these days, any meal costs about $15.
I didn’t enjoy the dish I got.
I asked for steamed vegetables. They served me with very few broccoli.

I had a horrible experience here. I found a dead bee/ bug under my chicken. I was completely grossed out. I talked to the manager and was able to get a refund. I will not ever be going back to this restaurant just too afraid to eat anything there.

Staff intentionally put your order in as drive thru order so that you wait longer because they dont like or you dont tip. I ordered the fiery chicken. Chicken is very salty and the chicken is raw!!!! They had no coke syrup and no terryaki sauce unless you told them to replace. Front cashier leaves her register to take a break and does not leave anyone to cover. Disgustingly raw.

Don’t go to this location unless you want salmonella. I went in an hour before their closing so I can understand and empathize with the workers already cleaning up the fryers and grill so they can go home on time. However, that’s still not an excuse to give raw chicken katsu to customers. I, along with other people who ordered, had to send our food back because the chicken meat was still pink and bloody. If I hadn’t checked my order before leaving I wouldn’t even have known. I can tell that the workers were getting irritated with us who asked to cook our food again, but that was the most necessary approach from us customers when you’re given raw and improperly cooked meat that could’ve caused several days of sickness. I don’t think the manager was present during all of this as the only person I interacted with throughout the night was the same employee who I had asked to fix my order.

They have poor service, the employees most likely don’t have proper food handlers training, an overworked staff with poor working conditions, and lack professionalism and accountability from management. That was a disappointing experience and I left hungrier than when I came in with raw food to top it off. At that point, I should’ve just gotten sushi.
