Stopped in this past Friday with my wife and daughter for lunch. They only had one guy working both the counter and the kitchen. He was in the weeds – but he pulled it together and came through with one of the best steak subs I’ve had in recent memory!

It’s good pizza place along Northside of JP’s Centre Street. The fare is everything you’d expect from a Boston pizza place, with moderate crust thickness, great CHEEZ, and a health later of tangy tomato sauce. I’ve tried many pizza places in the area, and Rizzo’s is one of the few to call me back for more.

Tbh the best steak n cheese in jp!!!!! The only thing I don’t like is that they hardly never have slices of pizza available it’s been a couple times now not a good look for a pizza shop you should always have slices available especially on the weekends I just went there on Sunday!

I got the steak and cheese with extra cheese and there was no need for extra there was almost to much cheese, and 2 slices see picture one slice had been sitting a while you could tell they other was fresh out they oven they were both good. Not my favorite place but I was here and thought I would try it don’t think I would go back

Local spot, easy and accessible to my home. Stopped by to pick up some fries and mozzarella sticks for the kids, wow, sticker shock. Grossly overpriced compared to their local competition of same quality. We will not be going back again…

I’ve been getting steak and cheese from here since high school (1989) and the most AMAZING thing about this place are 2 things. 1st and MOST IMPORTANT is the owners are the same. The only difference is my guy just like all of us is a little older but still Great and treats each customer like a VIP!!!! 2ND is the Steak and Cheese or Cheese Steak. Every time I get 1 I have it cooked with light hots, extra cheese and the seasoning they use when I take that 1st bite it takes me back to the 1st time I had 1. I’m a UGIS fan but Rizzos in my opinion has the BEST Steak and Cheese around!!!!

I work for a local non-profit and ordered a few pizzas for a youth program. They were ready on time and delicious! I’m reviewing to shout out the customer service- I paid with an organization gift card and was 4 cents short, and the employees were very kind and professional and told me not to worry about it. My husband grew up in the neighborhood but we live in NC now. We visit every year and stop at Rizzo’s at least once per visit because pizza just isn’t the same in the south. During our visit earlier this week, our 4 & 5 year olds were being cranky little ’s. The guy working, who is there every time we visit, saw that our kids were cranky and showed compassion towards us and offered for us to take the kids behind the counter to watch how they make pizza. We appreciated it so much and we’re thankful he showed our kids some grace and made a frustrating situation a little less difficult. The pizza hit the spot too
