Ordered delivery and there were nothing but issues. I ordered 20pc nuggets, basket of fries and a big mac. Everything arrived cold, the fries were so salty that they were inedible, the ranch dipping sauce for the nuggets was missing and the big Mac only had 1 burger patty. Tried contacting Uber and said it didn’t warrant refund or replacement then called the store and the supposed lady manager was useless and said I had to go through Uber. So basically I wasted $20. Don’t order here if you want hot, fresh correctly made food.

Why can’t they just make the damn order correctly. Never did I say I want a zero topping burger. I would have liked the onion, pickle, ketchup and mustard..$30 spent for each burger made the same way, their way. It’s not even your money. I am writing to formally document a highly unprofessional experience I encountered at your location today.
The quality of the food provided was unacceptable, as the items served were not fresh and the bread was stale. When I brought a missing item to the attention of the manager on duty, I was met with extreme hostility. Despite my receipt confirming the error, the manager became combative and used offensive, profane language toward me. Furthermore, the overall appearance and conduct of the staff were concerning and did not meet standard professional expectations.
Due to this treatment and the poor quality of service, I will no longer frequent this establishment. I trust you will address these serious service and behavioral issues with your team.

Never having menu item. More than enough times I pull up to the drive thru order my large strawberry milkshake,which I order everyday almost, pay for it and get to the window and no milkshake. Get it together.

This McDonald’s is absolutely terrible. For starters, they don’t even bother turning on the outside lights at night — it looks like the place is closed. Then you get stuck in the drive-thru with no other cars around and still end up waiting 15–25 minutes for food. When the food finally comes, it’s somehow worse than you’d expect from McDonald’s (and trust me, my expectations were already rock bottom).
The burgers were old, cold, and buried under an insane amount of salt — so much that I almost threw up after the first bite. After waiting that long, this is what they served? Completely unacceptable. Honestly, this location shouldn’t even be open.
Avoid this place at all costs.

It’s McDonald’s. Nothing spectacular, but nothing to complain about at this location. Inside is always clean, I enjoy being able to use the kiosk, and staff isn’t rude or stand off-ish. Wait is a bit long at times, as it seems 1 person is in charge of the register, kiosk orders, and mobile pickup area. All in all, top 15% of McDonald’s I’ve been in and/or frequent.
