But came here 2 weeks ago an the food was great the service was ok so I wanted to show my wife this spot today, so I place an order at 1240pm over the phone for a pupusa loca., they said it would be ready in 15-20 so I get there at 118pm an they say to give them another 15, so that makes me think they forgot about my order. So I walk back in at 145 an they said it was ready but it was just coming out, I could see from the front…… so I waited a whole hour an people who ordered after me left before an they had more pupusas… but after I pay I tell her ok it’s just cheese, beans, an pork right? An she said oh I put jalapeños in it, I said but on the phone I said on the side. An she said yea sorry we put it in already..
An I said I didn’t want it like that, that it wasn’t my fault? I said it proper how I wanted it, an she tells me well maybe next time just say it like this an says it… an I looked at her an said ok.. but what now. An she said oh well I mean you could take it or you’ll have to wait again.. an 3 people just finished placing big orders.. so as you can imagine it was a horrible experience for me an I was really excited to show my wife… but sadly this place is gonna be a hard no for me now… they don’t take care of there customers for there own mistakes…..
Like if they would have said oh we apologize it’s our fault it’s cause we had forgot or whatever the reason I would have understood. An I do speak Spanish, but there are some words I’m not good at pronouncing. So it also doesn’t help that they have someone who answers the phone an works the front who doesn’t understand english
