And had to completely make from scratch while I waited 35 minutes. This time employees throwing F bombs and yelling at each other. Forgot a salad- now I have to wait “5-10” minutes while they’re making it. Ordering from new Hudson or other pizza shops from now on. Who owns this place?

I typically order via the app and my order is ready on time.
This last time, Friday Dec 5, 2025, I couldn’t place an order via the app to pick up at a later time that day. I was trying to place an order for dinner, to pick up about an hour later, since I was going to be delayed. The app would not allow ‘order for later date/time’ until Sun Dec 7th. I found that odd, but since I couldn’t place a ‘pick up later’ order, I ended up ordering from a competitor in town.
Typically the food is really good. Order tends to be: Traditional round pizza w/seasoned crust, garlic dip cup, antipasto salad, and Jet’s ranch dressing (it’s like crack!! SO good!)

I got delivery. My pizza arrived in about 15-20 minutes and it was delicious. I had the BLT pizza (thought I had to try it once, but I will order this again. It was so good!)

Okay, I used to have no problem getting pizza delivered by 11:30 am( my lunch time ) but the last 2 times ordering from jets, last time was today, my order was cancelled again. Waited 2 hours for one pizza. Absolutely ridiculous. The one and only time I was able to actually place an order at this jets online. Every other time it says they are not accepting online orders. The order was switched to DoorDash delivery and our drive was very responsive and just as angry as we were about the long wait.

Easily the worst Jets in Michigan. The management (or lack thereof) is abysmal. Don’t ever expect a delivery on time (even if you schedule it to be delivered ahead of time), hot pizza, or any type of customer service. If you’re in South Lyon I recommend you to order from Mancini’s, Pro Pizza, Hungry Howie’s, or literally from anyone else besides Jets… or get Jets from the New Hudson location. They actually care and are 100% better than the South Lyon Jets.

Rarely able to deliver at peak times, will cancel orders without notification, inconsistent food quality. The drivers are super nice when delivery service is available, I consider them to be the bright light at this location.

Ordered 2 subs. Ham and cheese and steak and cheese with extra meat. My sub (the ham and cheese (had one slice of ham and had to take off 1/2 in on each side to get to that one thin slice of ham and cheese). Steak sub with extra meat (literally a 10.00 sub) had barely any meat and again had to take off 1/2 inch on each side to find the steak and cheese). Called and spoke to manager. He said “what do you want? Remake or credit?” And then hing up..No sorry ruined your meal, what can we do to make it better? I am fantastic cook but we are trying support local business and eat carry out locally every Thursday at a minimum and trying to more often but things like this make it hard to keep trying to do our part. 25.00 for 2 subs that weren’t edible and poor customer service. Too many option for pizza and subs on South Lyon to offer this kind of service.
