Went out of my way to stop here after a long work day for a kale salad for pick up unfortunately I didn’t check the order until I got home not only was the salad Romain it contained ingredients I asked to be removed for allergies and was about 1/4 full for 16+ dollars this is disappointing. I fully understand wanting to go home at 9 but I placed the order at 8:15. It’s literally like you didn’t even read the instructions. Order number is 464 please issue a refund I wouldn’t even feed this to my dogs it looks so nasty

The food was delicious and the person who brought my order out was lovely. Unfortunately, the grossly overflowing trash bin right by the entrance was impossible to ignore — pretty unpleasant and definitely not the first impression you want walking into or ordering from a place that serves food. When I mentioned it, I was told it “always gets full because pickup isn’t consistent,” which surprised me a bit. When a trash can at the front door is overflowing, it feels like one of those things that should just be handled right away rather than waiting for someone else to deal with it. Small detail—that makes a big difference— it honestly made me think twice about returning — if management feels okay for customers to be met with that, it makes you wonder about cleanliness inside. I wish I had snapped a picture.

After a long day at work, it was so nice to be warmly greeted. The staff was attentive and quick to help. I didn’t catch the name of the person who helped my daughter (my apologies), but Samantha was especially friendly and welcoming. It truly made my day better.

I had the pleasure of having gisselle making my wrap. May I say the food was delicious and everything I hoped chopt would be from having fresh ingredients to having fresh bread made. Service was also top notch from gisselle helping pick out what would be best for my appetite. Definitely would recommend to anybody willing to try something new

First time visiting this location & i will not be back! The attentiveness is low and the quality is decent. The server grabbed all ingredients to my salad never asked how chopt would i like my salad threw it together and gave it to me. Its a very odd layout at this location. Maybe work on the teams customer service, as there were 5 servers readily to assist and i got the one who hates her job.

I’ve been to other Chopt locations, and I have to say this one is a bit more cramped, although there is also outdoor seating. My salad was well made and tasty even if the prices are a bit high now. I do think I’ll get a second meal out of mine.
The water and ice machine was a little confusing at first but is actually quite fun. No fountain sodas but there are some canned as well as other canned drinks like spindrift and fresh iced tea and lemonade.
Service was good although it is a little hard to hear.
I’d love if there was some butter for the bread you get on the side. I’ll be back! There’s a lot of parking but there’s also construction going on so if you enjoy a walk I might recommend parking towards the Jason’s deli area and walking over.

We have been a few times since they opened at this location, and each time we have really enjoyed our visit! We usually get the Ultimate Hummus Harissa and the Salmon Miso Ginger Bowl. Everything tastes great and the line moves pretty quick!
