It gets two stars because they can finally do gift cards and they do a good job at making sandwiches, however, what’s the point of having gift cards if you can’t use all of the money on them? I have two different gift cards that have 2 or 3 dollars on them because they can’t do partial payment with gift cards. This is more of a scam than good business. What kind of operation are they running? SVSU should be ashamed of having a business that takes advantage of people like this.

Twice in a row I waited over 25 mins to get a bagel warmed up. Watched over 15 people get served before me and my order get completely forgotten until the manager came up to me and asked me what I ordered. Both times when I got my food or drink they were cold or not what I ordered. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone
