It was around 9 PM on a Friday night, only one person serving and ringing up – she was very overwhelmed, but excellent at her job given the circumstances – she was definitely the shining star.
That said, around five minutes later, five more employees came from out of the back – I thought the customer comes first, clearly that was not the case at this chipotle.

I’ve given this location 3 different attempts. Don’t bother. Just go to any other one except this location. First time I went they were out of many ingredients and waited till it was too late to inform the customer. Second and third time I’ve gone my experience has been the same: anything but great. Employees body language reads as an attitude as if you’re annoying them by being there. But let’s get to the food: why is my steak cut up as small as humanely possible? No other chipotle cuts their steak this tiny! This is not baby food. Second, they leave the “butts” of the lettuce. Don’t serve something you wouldn’t eat yourself! And third, I wanted to get a drink but all the bubblers were bone dry. They just opened the store. That lets me know that no one has cleaned it the night before, perhaps longer, and no one cares to address it either. This location needs an intervention and fast.

If I could give zero stars it would be a more accurate review. This place is awful! We walked in and the employees were all on their phones. When we got to the counter the girl was so put out that she had to make our food. She would ask what meat, etc then click her nails on the counter until we decided. She was so rude. The food was disgustingly. Sat down at the table and looked down my lettuce was brown and slimy. Nothing was fresh. Employees are too worried about being on their phones to worry about keeping fresh food and serving customers.

Absolutely disgusting experience at this Chipotle tonight. I don’t know what kind of operation they’re running, but it was a total disaster from start to finish. First off, every employee behind the counter was moving slower than molasses. The place was packed at 8:30pm, but they don’t close until 11, so you’d think they’d be at least a little prepared. Nope. We finally get to the front after waiting forever, and we’re told there’s no white rice – only brown – and that white rice won’t be ready for another 25 minutes. Seriously?
Then I ask for carne asada, and I’m told the only option left is chicken – and that they’re done cooking meat for the rest of the night. It’s 8:30. What are you doing closing your kitchen at 8:30 when you close at 11?
There were no fajita veggies, either. No apology, no explanation, nothing. No greeting, no friendliness, just a bunch of miserable people doing the absolute bare minimum.
And it gets worse. There were no forks – just a sign saying “Fork monsters stole our forks.” Are you kidding me? Grow up. The soda machine? Just water. No syrup in any of them. Ice machine? Broken. And instead of fixing it, there’s a nasty pile of melting ice sitting in the drain tray. Every table outside was piled with trash and leftover food. Trash cans overflowing with garbage spilling out all over the floor. Clearly no one had cleaned in days. And the final straw – we sit down and open our food, and there’s ICE on top of the lettuce. We ask what’s going on, and the worker says the lettuce wasn’t cold enough so they added ICE to it. That’s revolting.
And to top it all off, the chicken was soggy and gross. Straight-up inedible. This place is a health code violation waiting to happen. Absolutely disgusting, totally unprofessional, and I will never be back. If I could give a negative star I would.

We eat here weekly before our sons hockey but after today I will not be back. I draw the line when I see the employees eating out of the chip bags and containers with bare unwashed hands. Then proceeding to not wash their hands and touch all over the food. Do better and properly train your employees. Also your employees need to be a little alive and not act like they absolutely hate their jobs.

I’ve been to this location so many times, thinking that I want it, but when I start eating it, I realize it was a mistake. The food here is always really bad. The service is always really bad. Somehow at every other chipotle I’ve been to in different cities and states it’s fine or good but here it’s always bad. The chicken is squishy or just no flavor. The rice is uncooked. It’s crunchy, raw. they get your order wrong they put ingredients that you didn’t order in your food. I’m sure there’s other unsanitary things going on in the back that I can’t see and it’s very safe to assume that that’s happening. The service is awful whenever you go in there everybody in there looks depressed, which is maybe something on the manager and making the atmosphere better. If you think you wanna have Mexican. Just go to a family restaurant or just get different fast food it’s just not worth it.

This place was absolutely disgusting! I’m so mad at myself for not walking away without purchasing food from them. Not only was the place totally a mess but they were out of most of the protein choices. They were not slammed with people when we came in. The workers were on their phones instead of cleaning up (to include the counter right in front of them). There was cross contamination of the food to be served. I have come here a few times and always leave disappointed with the service. I hold the manager responsible for this behavior and will go to a competitor next time!

A food inspector should really check this place out. This is by far the dirtiest Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The food prep area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. The tables and floor looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a week. The guy serving our food had his ear pod dangling down, almost touching our food, and then he touched it with his gloved hand! There were plenty of employees just standing around that they could have cleaned the place up. Definitely won’t ever visit this location again.

My family and I went to this Chipotle around 4pm on July 5th, 2025. There were only two employees running the store and the place was empty when we walked in. They were out of several items, the greens for salads and bowls were almost gone and very wilted. I noticed the kitchen was a bit unkempt and some of the food looked like it had been sitting there a while. I decided to go next door, but the rest of my family had already ordered food ( 2- carnitas burritos and 1- chicken bowl). We took the food home, which is only a 10-15 minute drive. The carnitas seemed to be fine, but the chicken tasted rancid, like it went bad. Also, the bag the food came in was completely drenched on the bottom by the time we got home. Of course, my family member only took a small taste and then threw the whole bowl away. I don’t necessarily blame the employees. I think they may have been a bit under staffed and one of the workers seemed to be a bit overwhelmed or unsure; possibly a newer employee. My advice is to make sure it’s fresh before eating here. I’m glad I went to Cava instead! Not worth getting food poisoning over!
