Placed a pick up order online and it was ready within 20 minutes. I got an email when it was ready so I drove that way. Parking lot is small but it’s not a sit down place, so that’s not a problem. I walked in and no one greeted me. To my left was the magic Pizza Portal (TM) with my name on it – literally, this heated box that keeps your items warm while they wait your arrival has my name listed above it. I scanned the QR code in my email and -magic- the Portal opened for me to grab my pizza. It was just almost too warm to grab but I didn’t mind. There was no reminder to grab my own drink though, so I would have been mad if I made it home without my Root Beer. I grabbed it myself, and still no one noticed me or said hello. I guess the door doesn’t have a bell or something.
Made it home without spilling anything. Their Crazy Puffs are tasty but mine were a little chewy. I expected melt in your mouth dough and creamy cheese and it was just okay. It’s about $4 for four of them, so I will probably pass on them next time. They’d be a fun party item.
I ordered the Stuffed Crazy Crust Pepperoni pizza. It was pretty good! I’d get it again. There are just enough pepperonis but the cheese kept falling off the limp crust. The only saving grace about this pizza is the stuffed crust. Man is that cheese and crazy seasoning such a good combination. I’m glad it’s the final bite because I just might not come back to Little Ceasars without it.

I almost hate to leave a bad review for this little caesar’s since every staff member I’ve enteracted with has been so friendly (and they seem friendly toward eachother too!) and it’s pretty clean too, but everytime I come here with a breadstick craving I end up disappointed because there’s little to no toppings on the breadsticks. They’re plain and naked 🙁 I’m sure sitting in waiting in the heating box can do a number on the breadsticks… but every other location has found a way to keep them garlic-buttery and parmesan-y anyways. I hope to see this change because I love this location otherwise!!

On 6-15-24 in this store around 10pm there was a very unprofessional worker that told us there was a 5 minute wait on our pizza and he told us to wait in the front so we wait 5 minutes and we waited about 10 and still nothing so I went inside to get the pizza and he said that you got a pizza after we paid and everything thinking we didnt pay I guess well after some mild confrontation from the worker we had our pizza that wasn’t even cut that we took home the pizza wasn’t even cut ether how do you miss that and why was the crazy bread hard as a rock was a great little ceaserrs until these to little kids ruined it

The employees are lazy and incompetent. I waited 30 minutes for my order ( 1 pizza) simple right? The entire time you had an employee more worried about where there mom was instead of working. There were 2 other people working and neither one of them was doing anything until finally my order was ready and the female working tried to offer a free soda to make up for their laziness and ineptness. This is absolute horrid business practice. The staff needs to be replaced and the manager fired for not doing his job and making sure the store was running properly. I will not be returning to any little Caesar’s anywhere ever again. And on top of everything else there are no chairs in the lobby so you have a lobby full of people just standing around waiting.

Completely ridiculous… Sat in the waiting area for 38 mins for a 3 meat pizza and Italian bread sticks and ended up just getting a refund and left. If you want your food “hot and ready” go somewhere else. This newer Little Caesars can not deliver hot and ready food

Ordered a pretzel pizza and the box is soaked with butter it started falling apart, and way too much salt the salt was all over the pizza when it should just be on the crust and crazy bread was overcooked
