The two darker tenders were so hard I couldnt even bite into them I usually don’t do reviews but something needs to be done with this location. Every time I go there is something. On top of the hard tenders they forgot my drinks i was just trying to get a quick meal getting off work and the whole experience was off putting

The Worst KFC!!!! Grossly understaffed! Slow in-person, slow on drive thru and even Doordash. I made a recommendation to the Manager to have a job fair & he stated he is unable to find dependable staff. The food has been undercooked that I have purchased. I think this location should close up shop until they can rebuild their workforce that are trained, customer focused, and consuder offering incentives to stay. But as of right now.. I don’t recommend ANYONE to visit this location. Do not even bother coming through the drive-thru unless you enjoy being ignored, asked to come inside.. only to wait again 15-20 minutes…and watch them stumble over each other with chicken breader flying in the air….LMAO….Totally Ridiculous!!!!

The employees treat you badly and raise their voices at you. The food is disgusting: hard potatoes, ice-cold mashed potatoes. The chicken is raw and excessively oily. You can feel the horrible sensation of oil running down your throat while chewing. I’ve vomited after eating here. I wasted my money and time. And the cashier is awful. The lemonade was water. It had no flavor whatsoever, only its color. Disappointing.Lack of professional ethics, lack of hygiene. This branch should be closed.

This is my third online order where I needed to wait more than 20 minutes beyond the scheduled pick up. I ordered a full 30 min early. The food is ok, but it always seems like this place is one step from exploding. Not having chicken ready to go at 6pm, with a lobby full of waiting people is poor planning.

Food was good but why does a chicken restaurant not have grilled chicken for those who can not eat flour? Also, there were only two people working in the entire restaurant therefore service was slow. The man working was doing his best but the woman working was not very nice or helpful.

The food was delicious and service was good as I expected to wait a little in this KFC, sometimes there isn’t a wait and this time it was only a 10 minute wait which was fair for my large order. It’s easier for the staff if you go inside (have some understanding, could be due to mobility disability) and order so if you don’t want to go in then there’s a chance you’ll have to anyway though this isn’t always the case. Food was real good though and fresh!

By far the worst KFC I’ve been too. Waited about 15 min to place my order when I was 1 of 2 cars in the entire parking lot. When I get to the window the girl tells me the ice machine closes to her is out and asked me if I cared if there was no ice. There apparently was some at the front of the store and when I told her I preferred ice in my drink she rolled her eyes and went to get the ice extremely annoyed. When she returned she gave me my drink and asked me to pull around to get my order. Waited patiently again for my food. When I received the food it was lukewarm and stale. The fries and chicken tasted old (were not hot) biscuit was lukewarm. Why did I have to wait for food that was obviously sitting around for a while??? $11 wasted as I trashed everything including my drink after she had such an attitude. I don’t recommend anyone waste their time and hard earned money at this location.

Beware!! You should definitely avoid this KFC. Worst I’ve ever seen. The floors were disgusting, nasty, sticky, and covered in filth. Not a single table had been cleaned. My wife and I had to clean our own table. Waited in line for 10 min before they took our order, and it still took 32 minutes to get our food once ordered. We both ordered chicken tenders. 32 minutes is beyond ridiculous. We weren’t the only cystomers who were experiencing the same issue. A couple of different customers said they would not return to this KFC. The manager was extremely rude and barking at customers. It was clearly obvious that this manager is a big reason the store was in the shape it was in. I will never visit this particular KFC again.

Today I visited this place, the food is overcooked, the service was awful the lady who attends has a very bad attitude or character, I think She doesn’t like her job, she should leave that space for someone who really wants to work… lousy customer service . the kitchen looks very dirty, they need to improve it a lot, there is not enough staff… I will never return to this place before eating I feel like I’m going to get sick…
