First, my daughter rated this restaurant higher than I. She had tikka masala and I sagwalla. We both agreed that the curry was very good. I reduced the score because the naan was poor. If they have a tandoor, they dont know how to use it. The beer selection was poor and the toilet was disgusting.

We tried several things on the menu and everything came out fresh with amazing flavor. The vegetable samosa was the star if the show! So glad we tried it. We also got the butter chicken, lamb vindaloo, amd goat biryani all were amazing flavor the only problem was the goat dish had several bones (see pic) so I would advise not to get the goat, but they have it also in chicken and lamb. We also got the garlic naan and loved it…. I might add this is or 2nd time trying Indian food (this place is as good as one in Chicago) and now I can say we will be having it many more times now. If you have never had indian you really should give it a try…. The lady that waited on us was awesome! We will be back.

Absolutely the best biryani I’ve had in a long time! Perfect balance of spice, aroma, and tenderness. Every bite was full of flavor—just like authentic desi biryani should be.”

My experience here was pretty ok! It was dine in and I had the shrimp Marsala, garlic naan and fish appetizer. I should have gotten it spicier (Marsala). It was quite pricey ~42 but I was with a group. I had to continually request for straw until I got it myself. I will say they give plenty of nice portions so it would be a 2 person meal. I would attend again

Great Chicken Korma, Bhajias, Naan bread and poppadoms, big portion sizes and very reasonably priced (approx $50 for a meal for 2, with 2 starters to share). Would definitely recommend and will be returning!!!

Environment:
The interior was very clean. Not much cultural designs though as far as decor, furniture, etc. Although there were a few paintings on the wall. Restrooms were not very clean. Restroom door had a huge hole at the floor.
Customer Service:
Visited on a week night around 7pm. Only a couple of guests at first arrival. About 20 minutes after, it picked up heavily. Only one server waited on the entire restaurant. The server managed well on his own though.
Food:
Ordered the LambBeef Biryani (Mildly spiced). The order took about 15-20 minutes to arrive which was stated on the menu as an expected wait time. The meat was very tender to fork touch. The basmati rice was very flavorful and the spices added much savor.
Ordered the Mango Lassi to drink. It was very creamy and rich. Sweet to the taste.
Didnt check for wifi. Just wanted to enjoy the food.
Will definitely return and try other things.

Some of the best food you can get in Starkville!! We love Indian food and have always been pleased with our experience at Flavors. (The last two times we got takeout, we ordered plain naan and received garlic so checking order accuracy could be better!)

The food was fresh and full of flavor! Often times when I get naan bread from OTHER places the naan is freezer bread. Not here. It was obvious it was made fresh! I wouldn’t bother worrying about outdated paint and decor like some other mention, I would rather have great food and an outdated building then the other way around. They put their money where it counts. It’s obvious they care about serving a good dish to all who come.

Very nice Indian cuisine! I had the chicken biryani and chicken tikka masala. The best part is that they can make it hot or mild to your choosing. The naan bread is crispier than normal but still good. We went on a Saturday afternoon, the place was empty and the service was fast and friendly.
