Completely random stop, but it was well worth it. There is nothing terribly special about this place, but that’s what makes it good. Everything came out as expected – tasty and simple. Everyone is friendly with very much a small town feel (no doh). I like it!

Just stopped while on road trip to try the biscuits from Biscuit World. Excellent soft biscuit with a little crunch on outside. Absolutely delicious. I had them with butter and grape jelly. The cost for a biscuit is less than a Krispy Kreme donut! Service at the drive-through was great.

They rarely give you the right biscuit. I order a sausage biscuit last time, got ONLY a biscuit. This time my sausage biscuit had a hair in it. The tater rounds are usually mushy. Once in awhile you’ll get fresh nice tater rounds.

The biscuits are very large and tasty. The sausage gravy is very good. We were there for 4 days and three of those days we ate breakfast right there. I would recommend this location to others. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean.

Food was good, for a local place, the interior wasn’t too dirty wasn’t too clean. The tables had some salt and scattered pepper flakes, but otherwise clean enough eat off of. The problem, at least for me, is being stared at and gawked at by the older less , polite way to say it is fundamental people, makes the otherwise mediocre experience less than desired. The staff is friendly, but obviously overworked and underpaid so the overall experience of a dine in establishment is strained at best.
Pay your employees a living wage, they will work harder, as for the local crowds of fellow patrons there’s nothing that can be done there.
So the local people not withstanding the place was good enough to eat at again…. and isn’t that the highest praise you can honestly offer ?

It’s an acquired taste. If you like salty, soggy, greasy food this place is for you. I have ate at the “Tudor’s” in Beckley and no complaints, it was actually not bad.

Unfortunately, the food was not what we expected from a local restaurant. The only 2 things that were okay were the BLT sandwich and scrambled eggs. Everything else was either deep-fried or extremely salty. Too bad, it could have been a nice spot with delicious local food.

Our food was super hot and so oversized we couldn’t finish our meals! Not very friendly staff out front, kind of had attitudes and were more worried about their friends than other customers. Might just stick to the drive thru rather than dine in, just to avoid that.

Usually they have good food but this morning it was not as good. I ordered a lil tator and it has very little bacon on it and so much gravy that’s all you could taste. The pandemic has caused many food establishments in the area to be less quality im assuming from so many new staff that hasn’t been trained the greatest.
