I paid $37 for a very small burrito and a burrito bowl. I did not even get guacamole! we both got the Carne Asada for our meat, which I understand would be a little bit more, but the size of this burrito is so small. I ordered online and it was ready when I got there which was great. But had I walked in this location and ordered when I got there I would have walked right back out the area where they prepared. The food was so disgustingly gross and not clean. Would definitely not go back to this location just based on size and the price.

Horrible horrible horrible all around my boyfriend went and got me chipotle he said there was a Caucasian young girl who did put bowls and she was being very rude he asked for a little bit of salsa and she flooded it not only that she didn’t even fill the bowl she put the smallest portions she could she said everything else would be a up charge if we wanted more THIS PLACE NEEDS NEW WORKERS SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!

My team and I visit this Chipotle location several times a week, but recently the overall quality has noticeably declined—both in food and customer service.
During my visit today, the service was poor, particularly at the register. There was no eye contact, no basic courtesy, and I felt rushed through the line. I understand this is not a fine-dining restaurant, but I have been coming here often enough to clearly notice a change in employee attitude and attentiveness.
Unfortunately, the food quality was also disappointing. My chicken bowl was not enjoyable at all. Most of the chicken was fatty and extremely stringy, to the point where it was inedible and I had to throw most of it away. Additionally, I received very little rice and beans compared to what is normally served.
As a frequent customer, this was by far the worst experience I’ve had at this location. I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that these issues can be addressed. I would appreciate a replacement meal or credit if possible.

One of my worst Chipotle experiences. The store was so nasty you couldn’t sit anywhere. The floor was covered in food. Trash cans overflowing. The sad part was that they wasn’t even busy and had plenty of people working to clean the dining area. They also had 7 trays of chips out which is fine, but they are supposed to be wrapped not just sitting out open. I got chicken in my bowl and they charged me for steak which is about $2 more.

Amazing service, was in the mood for steak and they had me sample it…was sold by the chef when he said Carnitas it was the best! Clean fresh and professional employees. The bathrooms were clean and they even came out to make sure the condiments were neatly arranged. I ordered 2 more items to go!..

Placed an online order because I have a newborn & a toddler & I love that they have a drive through pick up option. Well I drove the 15 minutes there & Spent $30 on 2 bowls that were supposed to have extra rice. Usually I’ll order extra rice in my bowl & just share with my son, but I decided to get him his own with extra rice & this is what we got. The barbacoa on his bowl was also so overcooked. Really disappointed in my last few orders as well. Not sure if I’ll be returning to this location.

This place looks standard, I guess, at least it looked clean. My food came as barely lukewarm. The ingredients were tasty(I had to reheat everything though). The steak quesedilla can only be ordered online unless you want the TINY childrens menu quesidilla…. that makes no sense to me. The staff, though very polite, were aloof and not very efficient. They forgot to give me items that I had PAID for. The parking is terrible, very small parking area and hard to maneuver around. Honestly, just go to the Little Ceasars or IHOP next to it. Skip this place unless you live for disappointment.

Picking up as a door dasher I did not order food myself. Environment was clean and staff seemed friendly. Must have been someone new working, just the vibe I got. However I watched this lady put gloves on make a plate then go to make a taco to notice she ran out of cheese, she walked to the freezer opened it to find no cheese. Then walked back grabbed the tortilla with the same gloves she touched the freezer with and make the taco. Then she rang up the order where she touched a card to swipe it ( I guess to unlock the screen, not sure) and touched the register screen with the same gloves on. For me that’s just a no. Please change your gloves. So many germs on freezer, card and screen.

I went here with my husband on a Thursday afternoon for lunch. I didn’t have high hopes since the reviews are far from stellar, but much to our surprise the restaurant was clean, the employees were very friendly and polite, and our food was delicious! The portion sizes were well worth the money, and fresh. It was quite busy, but had little to no wait. Hopefully this experience becomes their normal!

Since I’m only offered 200 characters on Chipoletfeedback, Guess I’ll leave my review here. I don’t go here often, usually when I do the service is great and everyone has patience. NOT TODAY….The lady who assisted me was RUDE. When I was asking her about my options (as far as salsas/flavors) she RUSHED me!! This led to her putting the salsa on the bowl I was getting for someone else. When I informed her, I wanted it on the side, she proceeds to have an attitude with me I then had to explain to her that it wasn’t for me and had she NOT RUSHED, she would have given me the chance to tell her I needed it on the side; not in the bowl. Then with that order I was also getting a kid’s meal, they give me the fruit for the meal (usually a cutie orange) doesn’t even fit the plastic cup they are usually served in. When I asked about the fruit, I was told “They all come like that” .. That’s a lie! usually, it’s normally difficult getting them out of the plastic cup. I ended up going through the drive thru before leaving the property and having to show another lady the “Orange” I was getting…. she did hand me a small bag of chips instead for the inconvenience. Overall, WORST EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION
