Ok… let me start by saying I understand running out of stuff once in a while. However this location never has anything in stock. Today they might have more things missing than in stock! This is no joke. Whoever the owner is needs to get in this store and show them how to run it. They clearly are NOT capable of it. Fire the managers. All of them. If you are not part of the solution you are part of the problem. The workers are always nice. But as a heads up for the managers and owners…. A restaurant is supposed to have food!

Preordered a sub for lunch. Went to pick up and they gave us the wrong order. Went back and our sub was gone. Had to wait for ours to be remade. The ladies working said they were out of a lot of ingredients. So the sandwich is literally two slices of meat and three leaves of spinach and some cheese. Didn’t get the tomatoes we asked for even though I seen they had some. If you’re out of that many ingredients and are going to skimp on the sub close the shop and stop taking orders. I’d rather have a refund!! Not happy and will not be returning to my this location.

They have the A team working right now! Great service! I loved that the guy knew what was on my sandwich “The Outlaw” AND asked me if I wanted my peppers and onions toasted with the meat and cheese! None of the subways I’ve been to the employees don’t know the menu and don’t ask that question. It was nice! Super quick! They were working as a team so well! Thank you Grand Ledge Subway!

Website would not work for the BOGO1 deal, so we ended up going in to order. They could not honor the promotion. We tried the new Doritos Nachos and they were great! The tables weren’t wiped down. The sandwiches were good.

Very quick and friendly service at the end of the night. Had no idea they were open until 11 PM and stopped in for dinner. The person behind the counter was very friendly and helpful in explaining the differences in selection I had questions about.

Jan. 31st in the evening the male worker with the long beard and the woman were clearly very sick and were open coughing while preparing the sandwiches. They weren’t covering their coughs and were coughing towards the ovens. This is very alarming and I hope it is resolved. We didn’t even eat our sandwich’s.

This is one of the best subway I’ve visited. The bread was soft, the veggies were fresh, the staff members were easy to talk to. We enjoyed our sub and were delighted by the awesome service. Highly recommend this subway.
