Amazing place! They have the BEST pizza and blueberry ale in grand isle. We travel from Florida and every year we look forward to coming back to this restaurant the most. Thank you for always giving my family the best experience!

The server was real nice, did a very good job. Good attitude also.
Food would have been better if there was less mushroom in the seafood lasagna. Not crazy about mushrooms.

Came again August 15,2025…Server was good, main diner was good. Appetizer sweet patato fries was burned to a crisp! The server was nice, took it off our bill, cause who likes burnt fries?

Great place, we were placed at the bar and being British did wonder about this however, it was the best place to be. We were able to watch the lady mix all sorts of drinks, she had a busy evening And for a great show for us. Food was A1. Brilliant service, food and value. Also, the Blueberry Ale was great. Thank you all for a great evening.

We stopped by on our way on the road! The inside was very charming with dark wood and a cool staircase. I don’t suggest the pizza because it tasted a little like DiGiorno frozen pizza and was pretty pricey.

Great place with enjoyable atmosphere! We stopped in for dinner on our way back to Quebec and so glad we did. Located in a super charming town, this restaurant is truly wonderful. The service was terrific, food was delicious and we left extremely satisfied. Definitely recommend this place if you’re in town and looking for some tasty treats. Ps. the carrot cake is to die for!!

Good food, nice service. We ordered a meat lasagna, really delicious. My parmigiana chicken with fried sweet potatoes and vegetables was tasty. The Margherita pizza was good too. Nice beer from Moncton. We enjoyed our meal.

What a lovely spot. From the outside in, Le Grand Saut was beautiful.

The wine was on point and the pour certainly wouldn’t leave you wanting. The shrimp wontons were not at all what I was expecting. They were very plump shrimp just wrapped in strands of what I assume was wonton wrapper. What a great idea. Super crispy and you get the satisfying effect of chomping through a full shrimp instead of just shrimp paste in a standard deep fried wonton. The sauce that came with them was also tart and sweet and delicious. The Caesar salad had large chunks of bacon and Parmesan cheese and croutons with a nice light dressing.

The salmon and mashed potatoes kept to the theme of really tasty food with a nice portion size. A mound of buttery mashed potatoes made sure I was too full for dessert haha. It was the salmon that stole the show though. There was a nice peppery cream sauce to the side which I had a bit of, but the salmon on its own was so fresh and so flaky and so perfect that I didn’t need all the sauce. What a piece of fish this was! Finally, the service was so friendly and quick that it was the added cherry on top of a wonderful time. If there was one thing I would fix, it’s the design of the building paired with the plating of the food. The design of Le Grand Saut really evokes a 5 star plating kind of experience. The food itself was wonderful, but a classier plating would have this place perfect.

Got takeout from here. Really good food but a bit pricey. Vegetarian friendly options. They were super receptive over phone for the order and everything was ready on time

Paste and pizza I ordered is excellent but not authentic (nothing wrong with that). I like the pasta sauce. It tastes like home made as it is more sweet and less sour. The pizza is pan fried crust and the chicken is properly cooked (not dry). The service is friendly.
