The worst drive thru in the whole state right here. Takes you 30 minutes to get through the drive thru on a good day. And then get out the drive thru with the worst food you have ever seen in your life. The fries I just got from this location are nearly gray. Camera does not capture the pure lifelessness of these poor potatoes. Please change your oil….

Ordered cookies online. Arrived 15 minutes after I ordered online. Cookies weren’t ready. They just put them in the oven. If I wanted to wait I wouldn’t have ordered online. Ridiculous.this is how it was brought out. No bag.

I order a McDouble and I am swine free, because they didn’t make the sandwich I wanted they just gave me whatever was ready Im guessing. At one time this was the best-run, most efficient, and friendliest McDonald’s on the planet. In recent years it has gone to crap.
Today I pulled in the drive-thru at 12:25 and there was no line. I placed my order and asked for a chocolate shake. Once again I was told that they have no ice cream and no shakes. I left and stopped at Burger King up the street and enjoyed a chocolate shake with my chicken sandwich. From now on, when there is no chocolate shake you will get a pic of the place I went to instead.

This was just a ridiculous trip all together…. Firstly we didn’t get any of the condiments I ordered on my mobile app. Secondly, when I need a second order with my rewards points to get a quarter pounder they told me that they didn’t have my order that I ordered it at a different store. I did not. When I got there and they told me that they didn’t have it I tried to beg them to look at my receipt so I can prove to them that I had ordered it there because that is the only McDonald’s I go to. When I finally let me come to the window they tried to give me a burger that wasn’t mine when I asked them to customize it the way I needed it they said That’s not how it is on the receipt I said yes if you look at my receipt she said no it’s not like that on the receipt that she held in her hand. When I asked her so you do have my order she said no this is a completely different order, so I said then why can’t I have what I asked for and what I have a receipt for? After losing my cool which I apologize for impromptu stated please can I have at least my condiments. She proceeded to give me the incorrect ones and walk off after being rude as hell. I will be calling Management in the morning to let them know how rude they were and that I want my money and rewards back.

They like to break your combo meals down to individual charges so you pay more. Hardly ever get the correct food the first time around, makes “fast food” turn into “waste your 30 minute lunch on these fools screwing up your order” Only reason they get a two on service is for one young lady that works the payment window, she is really sweet. The rest of them act offended that you’re there to get food. Save ya time and money and get something else.
