The employees at this location are so dang rude. Why are they still there? He saw me twice but didn’t come to assist until I rang the bell that was hidden by the cash register, which is not the first place a customer will go until ready to pay! I am going to Jetsey Mike’s from now since they are located next door! I despise this Subway. The lettuce was too brown and I had to throw it all out! Don’t buy here at this Sonora Ranch location. When I said oil and vinegar he added mayonnaise then he wiped it off with his finger which was not a good thing so needless to say I only ate the meat.

Ordered the 6.99 meal of the day and made it a foot long (add 3$). Should have been 9.99, but the employee rang it up at over 14. I explained it to the employee and he told me that it was somehow correct, “tax and stuff.” Obviously that’s not how much tax is. Then two other employees tried to fix the problem, but could not figure out how to correctly ring up the promotional price. All the while, the first employee was making disgruntled comments about how 9.99 becomes 14. I waited at the register for like 10-15 minutes, but they were unable to figure it out. Eventually, I was going to be late for a meeting, so I had to leave without my food. Half the sandwich was for my wife. We both went to our meeting hungry.

I do not understand why this venue stays open. I tried, one more time, for an inside order. No kindness or cooperation from staff. Gutteral responses. No fresh bread. It was horrible. The app seems to be an inconvenience to them, and app orders are rarely met. Used to be good, and was a treat. When the Santa Fe grill wisely left Cirkle K, Subway got cocky. And is horrible. No stars. Period

6 in sandwich is definitely not 6 inches. And their footlong isn’t a foot long! The sandwich was sparse on meat and the cheese had no flavor. The price is definitely not worth what you get

The saddest of service. No heart. I felt as if I was disturbing the staff. A sour young man reluctantly stared at me …. “What do you want!” He knew two other words, “What else” Repeated consistently in response to my request. Oops, when I asked for extra jalapenos he did say “ya what else” 3 words. This venue makes Subway chains look like crap. It is the worst.
Am adding this as the venue is a place I visit often. The MANAGEMENT needs a total re-do. This used to be a place I could depend on.
Do not go to this venue.

Get your Subway at another location. Guy working and manager were not at all trying to put out quality customer service. Their sandwich fixings were not one bit fresh. They did not have ham slices prepared and did not tell me they were out of roast beef until after I placed my order and my sandwich was half way done. Didn’t even try to make things right. Just asked if I wanted the sandwich still and salad I had also ordered. Manager looked out of it

I went in for customer appreciation day. They just happen to be offering free 6 inch turkey sandwiches. When I asked about the free sandwich, they acted like it was an inconvenience, even though i was the only person there.
They only had wheat bread. Not a big deal. I like wheat. I walked down the counter as they made my sandwich. When I get the sandwich at the register, they practically threw it at me.
I was going to order a drink and cookie, but they just wanted me to go away. Didn’t even give me a chance.
I don’t think the employees like customer appreciation day.

I ordered twice over the web and both times they didn’t have the ingredients to make the sandwiches and i had to cancel the order for a refund. I dodn’t think much about it either time and foolishly didn’t check until much later. I HAVE RECEIVED NO REFUNDS. Contacting subway has led to two emails about how they take responsibility for these situations and . . . NO REFUNDS. This location seems to sell only theoretical sandwichs. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE UNLESS YOU ENJOY PAYING FOR NO SANDWICHES. But don’t worry . . . the staff will tell you they’ll refund you and that’s just as good, right?
