My service was April! She was an very polite, informative and helpful server. She gave me insights to the sausage (from Chicago) and the pancakes (you just need to try them to find out ; )). I learned about this great breakfast spot by looking on google. Everything was literally perfect. Cannot recommend this place enough for any time of day experiences.

My wife and I went for my birthday! Everyone was so kind, the hostess, and our waitress! The food though was the best breakfast we’ve had. We decided to order a few different things off the menu and they were all incredibly delicious. Being a vegetarian sometimes can be difficult, but not here! We got the meat on the side so my wife and I could still share the dishes we ordered. The specialty coffee was good. Very strong but great. Also got the strawberry purée mimosa, which was also very tasty. We will be back!

While we were in Knoxville, we decided to stop by Eggspectations in the Kerns Food Hall. All the sandwiches come with fries and mixed greens or Caesar salad.
For my meal, I ordered the Surf & Turf Burger with fries and Caesar salad. The Surf & Turf Burger is a 7oz. Angus Beef burger covered in melted provolone cheese, arugula, and fresh pico de gallo. Topped with their signature Hollandaise sauce and grilled shrimp. I thought the burger was cooked to perfection, the shrimp was well seasoned, and the hollandaise was very buttery but too rich for my liking. The dressing on the Caesar salad had a slight anchovy taste, and the croutons were buttery and crispy.
My dad got the Eggspectation Burger with fries and mixed greens. The burger is a 7oz. Angus beef burger covered in melted cheddar cheese and applewood-smoked bacon with chipotle aioli, lettuce, tomato, and red onions. Topped with a sunny-side-up free-range egg. He enjoyed the burger.
My mom got the Reuben with fries and mixed greens. The Reuben has sliced beef pastrami on marbled rye with sauerkraut, melted Swiss cheese, and house-made Thousand Island dressing. She loved it.
Overall, if you’re ever in the area of Eggspectations, I highly recommend checking them out.

I had the Cajun shrimp and grits. Large portion and came with an egg cooked your way. I had mine poached. It was slightly overcooked but still good. There was plenty of shrimp. The sauce was overwhelming and could be a less so it doesn’t drown the grits. Service was fast. We were sat at a table that still had grease on it. I asked to have it wiped but it was ignored. I used our glass napkins to clean it up. I would like to try lunch or dinner. The breakfast options were not at all traditional and would have liked to see a better variety so my husband who is more traditional could enjoy as well. He had the hevos rancheros and it was nothing like what we are used to.

Such a cool atmosphere and the food is really good. The chicken and waffles was amazing. The chicken was tender and freshly fried and the waffle was fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. It was also served with a huge container of warm maple syrup! I will say a lot of the food is too expensive, but it’s worth trying the chicken and waffles at least. Service was good as well.

Great vibe and welcoming appeal. The food was spectacular and clearly prepared with care. Our server was incredibly attentive and did a fantastic job from start to finish. The coffees are very sweet but absolutely delicious. The wait was manageable, and once you’re inside you immediately understand why there’s a line—this place delivers on quality, experience, and flavor. Absolutely worth visiting and easy to recommend.

Jaden was absolutely amazing server. He greeded us with a big smile. He gave us some suggestions. The food was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is one of the best I’ve been in in a long time. We got greeded soon as we walked in the door with a smiling face Overall, definitely recommend 10 out of 10.

This place has loads of parking ! They do not take reservation . So you have to be early for breakfast . We ended up timing with a racing group and the service was delayed . We had to wait for almost 30 plus mins. After being seated we got our drinks faster but had a long wait on food almost 45 plus mins .
But the food was delicious I guess just a popular space so visit when you have ample of time or less events going on around

I did not get a chance to make a reservation before arriving for brunch for our party of six. I arrived early to help the restaurant expect a party at six and they were able to accommodate that easily. The establishment is absolutely gorgeous and stunning from the inside during the warmer months. It would be amazing to eat outside. They have an amazing outside set up. The food was absolutely amazing and had a wide variety to choose from. We also enjoyed mimosa flights.
