There were 3 of us and she only gave us one cookie. Each scoop was VERY tiny we had to order an extra side so we’d get it evened out. It was busy but this in not our first time going here and they do things like this.

Went to order for the family. One of the staff was there cleaning counters and the display glass. It was about a half hour to closing. He was cleaning the inside of the glass displays with the same rag that he was using to wipe the counters and drink dispensers. There was still food in there, and stuff was falling off the rag into the food dishes which was disturbing. Then he accidentally dropped the rag into one of the dishes full of food. He picked it up and then looked over at me and smiled, obviously embarassed, then shut the glass and continued cleaning. I told the person behind the counter what had happened, and she replied ” oh I’m sorry, not sure what you want me to do, we won’t be making any more food so that’s the last we have.” I was taken aback… It’s like… You throw it away obviously. Not worth risking getting people sick from your food and ruining the restaurants reputation to save 20 bucks of product. Needless to say, very poor food handling practices. I walked away and will never be coming back to this location. Not worth the risk.

I went there not to long ago last week the food tasted different when I went the chow mein tasted dry and the broccoli beef was really under seasoned. Maybe it was just a bad food day or something I went there again about 2 days ago and the food was okay now.

We had a positive experience. The employee who helped us, Adam, was very friendly and helpful. They helped my eight-year-old daughter change her order from a bowl to a plate, offered her a sample when she wasn’t sure between two items and was very friendly overall.
We did have to wait for chow mein and am entree, which appears common in the reviews here. But the wait wasn’t terrible and they were friendly and upfront in dealing with this.

I just ordered $28.00 of food here. Most of it went into the garbage. The teriyaki chicken tasted boiled and gross, and the crab Rangoon was sour, clumpy, and smelled funny. Never again will I order from here. It was a delivery order, and I am so disappointed. This place has really gone downhill the past few years. We used to love Panda Express, it was my son’s favorite place, but not anymore.

Our food was just above cold. It was stale, hard and chewy. My son had to spit it out as it was like eating rubber. I had to throw it all away as it was inedible and for fear it could cause food poisoning.
