First off, every time I go in the evenings there is only one employee working. Does not make sense at all and just sets your lone employee up for disaster.
However, I continue to frequent this location due to the fact that the service and quality is better than the Tezel location with 2-3 employees.
Last night I had to wait about 20min before my order was taken. The employee let me know right away that there would be a wait. My options are to stay here where I know I’ll get a good sandwich or take another chance at Tezel. I waited. The employee stayed calm and prepared everyone’s orders. Once again 4 good sized sandwiches without any complaints from my people.
I appreciate your employees commitment to you as a business because even though they are always short staffed and have a line of people, they are always kind and never rude.

Salina was wonderful today . If It wasn’t for her friendliness and doing her best I would have left. It doesn’t seem to matter if it’s the late night shift or afternoon shift there is always only one person working. There was one person ahead of me ordering four sandwiches and three people behind me waiting. One man walked in but left. Wish Subway would wake up and get some more help. Thanks Selina for working so hard to make it worth coming back for lunch again.

Let me start by saying I go to this subway at least twice a week. They never have two employees working before five pm. Today the poor girl working was alone. I had ordered food for pick up and and when I arrived it was not ready. I waited for another 30 minutes.Then asked for a refund. The system they use is new and unfortunately, she couldn’t provide a refund without calling the manager but at the same time , the store was very busy. Subway’s business practices are so sad. They don’t wanna pay a second employee.So they put the one employee in a really bad spot that forces her to try to do the work of two people. I was upset and spoke to the manager on the phone. I ended up giving the employee a five dollar to just for her. She can’t help her situation. Shame on subway’s owners for being this way. It’s bad bad business practices that is leading to subways ultimate down fall.

If I could I would give more stars for service. Why is everyone who works at this particular Subway so nice? And like genuinely nice not customer service nice? Its crazy but it makes me get subway more often.

One person working, left alone on his first day. Wanted to cancel online order but no online customer service. None. No chat or phone number. Used to be a good location, but better off going to a bigger location of the franchise. Or another restaurant. Wasted a good hour waiting.

Went to the subway on evers wasn’t that good quality of food or bread , went to this one it was top tier , ruben is a great worker and made sure all my needs were satisfied ! i’d def recommend !
