We serve fresh, smoked pork butt (chopped and chipped), pork ribs, ham and turkey daily. Chicken specials every Wednesday and Saturday. HOMEMADE SIDES made fresh; Mac n Cheese, baked beans, Cole slaw, Q-slaw and potato salad. Also known for our delectable famous buttermilk pies! We are conveniently located on the south side of the bake gate of Fort Benning GA off HWY 165.

Best BBQ we’ve ever had. Everything from the pork to the coleslaw was amazing. When we went they were out of Mac and cheese but would have some ready in 20 minutes so we told them we didn’t mind waiting and ordered. They gave us some extra ribs for the kids on the house and a slice of their mouthwatering buttermilk pie just for waiting. Amazing customer service and local eats. Cannot recommend this place enough!

I honestly couldn’t believe it when I opened the box. Two tiny slices of bland brisket, a scoop of potato salad that tasted like they came straight from a hotel buffet tray, a few pickles, and two slices of plain white bread sitting on top like an afterthought all for $18….
The brisket was dry and forgettable. The baked beans were passable at best, and the portion size was just insulting for the price. This was supposed to be a barbecue plate, not a snack.
Now, to be fair the service was very nice, and the staff were polite. But good service can’t save terrible food portions at ridiculous prices. You shouldn’t have to pay premium restaurant prices for something that tastes this basic and uninspired.
If you value your money or your taste buds, skip this place.

My wife and I loved this place! Nothing fancy but the food is damn good. We had the pulled pork sandwiches with coleslaw and beans, everything was homemade. We also had the buttermilk pie which was delicious. Stop by and give them a try the people are super pleasant also.
