First and foremost, the staff were unbelievably immature and unprofessional. The young lady that took our order seemed extremely bothered simply existing there. Then, she took our order incorrectly and did not know what came with the combo. After taking our order incorrectly, she fooled around with the equally immature kitchen staff, ignoring our patient need for assistance to correct the order. The before it was to late. The wait staff pictured is the gal that “took care” of us…

Super clean, kind staff, and amazing food. The manager is amazing, so welcoming and helpful. The staff are also amazing. Better than the other location in lake park. I will be coming here so much more often, this place is run wonderfully.

Been a customer for several months now. Went to get an order on Super Bowl Sunday, it was a disaster. They were overwhelmed with the amount of orders. The staff did as well as they could. After waiting for 20 minutes we were told it would be another 20 minutes. After waiting totally of 45 minutes. We were told our order was not even on the list, and it was going to be another 40 minutes. At that point we got a refund and went home. If we were told originally that it was going to be 40 or so we would have been more understanding. Hopefully learn from this experience and not over booked the orders. Sometimes us better to have better customer service rather then profit.

First and last time there. Only one there, stood at counter for 11-1/2 minutes. People would look at me and just keep working. Finally a young kid came to counter and asked if I was picking up, I said no I need to order. He said okay and went back to working. He then glanced at me and I asked if someone was going to wait on me. He proceeded to walk towards the back where 3 females were just chatting. They never came up to counter, just kept talking. Stood there another 3 minutes. Nothing so I left.
I have absolutely nothing good to say about this place and they are newly opened, hate to see what happens down the road.

I am very dissapointed in Wingstop altough I love their food and I order from them regularly, this time around I ordered a dine for 2 where you get 20 boneless chicken wings I only received 10 wings and when I phoned them they just kept me on hold, I will never order from them again.
