It is customer appreciation week. They were absolutely swamped. Only two parking spots open and a baseball team having a birthday party. The service was still excellent and the food came out quickly. We tried the new “Chicago Tavern Style” pizza. Definitely different than the regular thin crust. Tangier sauce, crisper crust and a good sample of the new ingredients.

Had to delete my last bad review to do another one. I’m not calling and complaining because what’s the point… already waited 20 minutes past the time the email said it would be here for and I’m not waiting for more food. With that said, the last 4 times I have ordered food from here something has either been wrong or they’re out of ingredients. This time there is no pepperoni on the pineapple side of this pizza which I ordered. Only reason I ordered from here again is because I am home sick and have kids to feed and hot food being delivered was ideal. Paying over $50 for food and delivery though should ensure my order is done correctly so I’m just tired and over it. I worked in fast food and it is NOT THAT HARD TO READ AN ORDER AND FILL IT CORRECTLY.

Wish i could give zero stars! Waited an hour longer than they said for our food. Employees forgot some of our food after that so waited longer. Got our breadsticks and they literally just dumped butter on top of them. Severely disappointed! People just don’t care anymore.

Kids seemed to be all unorganized, no one at one station doing their job, manager asked one employee to put a chemical spray bottle away and he handed to another kid who just set it down on the table next to food to go out to tables, take out, or drive through. I went to get my order, most of which was done, they forgot my sandwich. An employee apologized and told me it would be just a few minutes, all the while my other food was out on the counter not under a heat lamp. Got home, melt was cold, no suace cup, my honey barbeque bone in wings had no sauce so I had to make another trip to the store. I used to work there and never had seen it that unorganized. I realize mistakes happen but it seems like everytime we order from there some thing is messed up. We had a slogan of “Put Your Aces in their places” that seems to have been missing.

Ordered 3 meals and breadsticks. Normally breadsticks come out before meals as an appetizer, no we had a hot sandwich and fries come out first that arrived cold, then the other 2 meals that were hot and then finally the breadsticks. Can’t get anymore to drink because the waiter doesn’t want to come around. The so called manager came over and didn’t do anything. Said she would let her corporate office know. The pizza hut in Aurora Nebraska is a joke. I get you do get a lot of take out orders, but your dine in should be one of your main priorities. They offered to make the sandwich meal again, the manager brought it out and then wanted to know if we wanted the fries. We are still waiting for the fries by the way. They are so swamped and only 1 other table in here.

I have been there twice in the past week. Once my husband and I went inside to eat lunch on a Saturday. There was just 2 employees but they kept a smile on their face and our food came out fairly quick. Then on Wednesday we ordered from the app. There was a slight line in the pick up lane so I went inside. There was just 1 employee. He apologized, explained it was just him. I told him no problem to take his time. He was moving efficiently and quickly, telling me he is just trying to make sure the food is hot and good and keep it honest. When he got to a point he stopped and grabbed my order for me. A delivery driver showed up at that point but you could tell they both were trying to keep it together. I applaud them for keeping their heads high while dealing with a situation like this.

Outstanding friendly and personable service. Ordered pizza and wings for carry out and everyone from the server to the cook who brought our food to us had a smile on their face and made you feel valued. The hot honey wings and pizza were fantastic!

Not impressed. Ordered online, was told itd be here by 6:58 its not 7:22 and its been out for delivery for over 10 minutes. Mind you I also live a block and a half away, paid 40.00s plus delivery fee and extra tip for an order thats half hour late. I understand if youre busy, but a phone call or email notice maybe. Expensive wait.
