Everytime I come here I am shorted. I ordered a Surf N Turf and only get 2 or 1 chicken stripes. I order 5 finger plate and only get 3. And, on top of that the food isn’t fresh. My entire meal was barely warm and the food was old. I am telling my son NO to Zaxbys next time he ask. Paying this much for complete trash is insane.
I gave them two more tries. They ran my car twice on one order. And today (8/8/25) that got my order again. I get home and I cold boneless wings but I ordered traditional wings.

Ordered a salad, got home and before even opening it i see three flies trapped inside the container. Before writing this review I also saw another woman in the reviews complaining about a roach on her food! This is the most disgusting thing I have seen from a fast food restaurant. This place needs to be closed down!

I don’t really like Zaxby’s; they’re too expensive & the chicken almost always upsets my stomach. HOWEVER, I just had their house salad with fried chicken & ranch dressing, and it was delicious. I really love the crunchy fried onion bits; so much better than croutons! The weird soggy bread on the side didn’t make sense to me, but I fed it to some crows who seemed to enjoy it. I might be changing my opinion of Zaxby’s! Thanks for the great salad!

Love this location. It’s just hidden off 92 so don’t miss it! I come here almost once a week for lunch. The drive through is quick and friendly and the food is always hot and fresh. When I stay to enjoy the big, beautiful, clean dining room it’s really a treat. One of my favorite fried chicken spots since college, and they’re open on Sundays

My uncle ordered my family a meal from here to take out. He spent over $100+ total. When he got home, he realized they had missed his zalad. While the rest of us ate, he drove back to zaxbys to get his zalad. He showed them the receipt and explained that an item was missing. The woman helping him said that she was certain she packed it and he was going to have to pay for ANOTHER zalad. He complied, but you lost an entire family of customers based on a $12 zalad. Should be ashamed!

I’ve been coming to this Zaxby’s for a while and was disappointed today with the service in the drive thru. The woman taking the order in the drive thru had a bad attitude after she repeated the order wrong and was nicely retold the order. Then once at the drive thru where she proceeded to mess up the drink size, I politely said the drink size was wrong and she had a bad attitude while remaking the drink. It was extremely childish. I would’ve understood the attitude if I was acting like a Karen, but I wasn’t. I understand having bad days and not being friendly, but it was the complaining and attitude over the smallest thing. The other employees were laughing about it. This has been the least friendly Zaxby’s I’ve been to.
