Good meal. Restaurant is very clean with plenty of seating.

Food came out fast. Servers were busy but efficient and personable.

We had Greek burger and salad which had fresh ingredients .

We are from out of town so unfortunately not close to us but I I would return if in the area again.

Once again we went. They are not good with people having mobility issues. It is difficult at best for some who relied on a walker to get into and out of a booth so guve them a table. Also. Do not roll your eyes when some tells you that.
So, taking a chance, it was much better this time. The seating was immediate, and the server was relatively quick. Overall, it was much improved. BUT the buffett was sadly lacking. I have no idea why shredded cheddar is not a thing. Plus, there are no muffins and such. The biscuits were great last time. On the buffet, they were overcooked and dry. They are making strides but need to make quality important.

It just kept getting worse. we waited 30 minutes to sit and many open tables more than 45 more until food. No one acknowledged us at the table for 15. Non servers would not even look at us. The food was just ok. One got french toast. I got kings breakfast, which is just chicken fried steak layered over hashbrowns and a biscuit. Our server was very friendly, but overall service was atrocious. I like the menu but am hesitant to come back because it was so awful. Top it off with no towels in the bathroom, which i told them, and they already knew. I just don’t get it.

I will try this place again but unfortunately it did not leave a good first impression. My partner and I arrived shortly after our other two guests, who were already seated, and were completely ignored for about ten minutes. Our server came over and asked my in laws if they were ready to order despite not taking our drink orders, they told her no and she walked away without speaking to us. Another ten minutes pass and she came back and took our drink order, again more time passed before she dropped off our drinks and unfortunately forgot one of them. Another round of waiting before putting our food order in. Three of us ordered salads and were told soup came with them, wedding soup or chicken noodle. We ordered three chicken noodle. My mother in law ordered breakfast. It took about a half hour for our food to come out but it came out in parts. My mother in law’s food was the first to arrive, a toasted bagel with eggs and fruit. Her bagel was ice cold. Several minutes pass and the first two salads come out, both missing the dressing and soup. Again, more minutes pass and the third salad comes out, still missing dressing and soup. I was also missing a side of loaded fries for a bit.

The food was just okay, my husband enjoyed his salad dressing which you can tell is house made. We never received our soups and weren’t told why. Once the food was all at the table, the server dropped off our check and let us know that we could pay at the host stand. A couple minutes later she came back and asked if we were ready because she was done for the day.

The service was awful. I can be very understanding and patient if someone is busy handling a bunch of tables at once but she wasn’t. From what I gathered, there were three of them on the floor and the other two appeared to be giving their tables a much better experience. The restaurant wasn’t even that busy, maybe six tables or so, and they also had their breakfast buffet being served at this time.

One thing that struck me as odd and out of place were two small children walking in and out of the kitchen; that doesn’t feel safe in regards to the children’s safety and food health.

The manager came over some time after we cashed out and noticed we had stacked the entire table to be pre-bussed, she offered us a bag as she took our plates but that was all.

I will try this place again at a much later time as they have good bones and the potential to be something great but there are a lot of things that need to be fixed and addressed before that.

Even though we live 20 miles away, This is our favorite breakfast place. The food is always perfect and the staff is always welcoming and very efficient.
Skylar, our waitress, is always quick, friendly and very fun.
She treats us like family, (that she likes.) Best of all, she treats me so respectfully and my Tourette’s Syndrome disability as no big deal.
Heather, the manager, and the rest of the front of the house staff are always smiling and friendly.

First time we have gone and their food was delicious. Very kind waitress, Heather, as well as all who checked on us, explained the menu and even helped me decide on a dish. Everything on the menu was looking amazing. Beautiful atmosphere and great selection as well. A very friendly and lovely place to enjoy a get together and meal.
Highly recommended.

The all around experience was perfect! I called ahead and rented the party room for my son‘s birthday. The food and the service was excellent and we had plenty of room. Cheri was our server and she made the entire process very easy. I highly recommend whether it’s a stop in for a meal or any type of party.

We have been loyal customers since your grand opening and have always had excellent experiences until this visit. We’ve often recommended your restaurant, especially for the fresh salad bar and the all-you-can-eat fish fry, which has always been crispy and well-drained in the past.

This visit was a complete departure from that standard. From the start, service felt off. The hostess didn’t ask for drink orders, and our server appeared disengaged. We confirmed the AYCE fish price and that it included soup and salad, as we were told earlier that day, but the server contradicted this and offered no clarification.

We waited over 30 minutes for our fish despite a nearly empty dining room. When it arrived, it was extremely greasy, soggy, and not crispy. The server showed no concern and simply said, “I told him,” before taking it back. The second order was just as greasy, with oil visibly pooled in the breading.
When the manager, Heather, became involved, she was dismissive, offered no apology, and made no effort to resolve the issue. She removed the fish but charged nearly $30 for AYCE soup and salad even though we each had only one cup of soup and a small salad. When we explained the fish had never been served this way before, she told us to “go to Madison.”

At checkout, our veteran discount was initially applied to only one meal, and ID was demanded from both of us despite recognizing us from prior visits. Heather insisted the fish “looked fine” and told me I was “getting out of control,” even though I remained calm. Afterward, she continued speaking about me to another employee.

The welcoming atmosphere that once set this restaurant apart is clearly gone. We are extremely disappointed and hope management takes this feedback seriously before more long-time customers are lost.

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. We waited 10-15 minutes just to be acknowledged, despite the restaurant not even being busy. The soda machine was down, meaning there were no drinkable options and the water tasted disgusting. The server was completely scatterbrained and disorganized, and we had to repeatedly ask for basic things like extra napkins and silverware.

My child ordered a pancake, and we asked for butter—it took 10 minutes to get it. By the time it arrived, the pancake was cold, so I had to ask to microwave the plate just so I can melt the butter. When she brought out the kids meals, she told us 3 minutes for our adult food and it took 10 minutes longer. My wife ordered pierogies and onions and the onions were barely cooked and had the black soot from an uncleaned grill on it. Our dinners included soup and she never brought it. (Not that I wanted it due to everything happening, we just wanted to leave)

I ordered a tuna melt for Lent, and the tuna was ice cold. When I asked the owner if it was supposed to be like that, she said, “Yes. Comes right from refrigerator, only the bread is toasted” which makes no sense being a MELT.

On top of that, other tables that arrived after us got their food before us and left before we even got to pay.

This place is a complete mess—horrible service, terrible food quality, and management that doesn’t care. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money and go somewhere that actually values its customers.

Can’t give a 0 so it has to be 1 star.
Can’t rate the food because we never got that far.
Absolutely, the poorest restaurant service experience in a long time.
First Friday of Lent, going for a fish-fry, the server & manager had to go ask if they had fish. When they finally came back, they said pollack or cod. No mention of pricing, no mention of what the dinner includes, just fish. Asked what the buffet was, said, it’s a buffet, no mention of price or what you get. Upon questioning, was told if you want to read the flyer, go look on the wall.
Well, went to look, right out the door.
Not our first visit, but definitely our last.
Shame, this city needs more independent eateries.

Very disappointed with the service on Sundays. We come every Sunday, so this isn’t a one-time experience — it’s been consistent.

Skylar is consistently inattentive and seems far more interested in talking to a table of men than actually doing her job. While the other servers are running around working hard, she does not appear to be a team player at all.

On multiple occasions, I’ve overheard her say she “doesn’t want to be here,” even with three girls on the floor. That attitude shows.

This past Sunday, we ordered a tuna melt on white and it came out on rye. Our country skillet was cold, and the soup honestly seemed like it came straight out of the fridge. It feels like she’s too busy socializing instead of paying attention to orders and making sure food is coming out correctly and at the proper temperature.

It’s frustrating to watch other servers picking up the slack while she stands around talking. We support this restaurant and want it to succeed, but this kind of behavior is disappointing and really needs to be addressed.
