When I first moved here I wasn’t familiar with the menu at all, but the staff were super friendly and helped me pick out the perfect drink option for me! I really appreciated the assistance and eased my “new place” anxiety without feeling pressured or rushed for my order. The service there is always top notch! There’s a blonde girl there and she always has an extremely positive attitude. Today my husband went to get me a drink and she asked if he wanted to add something to the drink. He said it was for his wife and he didn’t want to mess it up. She ended up writing a cute message on my drink and told him to say that he wrote it I have to say that’s the best service I’ve ever seen.

By far the best Caribou I have been to. I thought all Caribou’s were the same, I was wrong. Julie knows how to make the best espresso cooler! She adds plenty of coffee beans! All of the staff is extremely friendly as well.

First time getting the strawberry shaker I am not a fan of the shaker. However they have great customer service. I always get a expresso cooler or they will recommend ne their favorite. Ladies here are always welcoming with a pleasant smile

The service at this Caribou is comparable to none! The three employees who were there the morning of Friday, February 2 is the dream team of Caribou staff! They are friendly, funny, remember my order and sometimes have it ready within seconds of ordering (because they know I get the same thing). They even remember the people I bring along with and their orders. I just can’t say enough about them.
