I’m pretty upset , I ordered dinner tonight. I got 2 cheesesteaks. My cheese steak was great ! But for some odd reason , they put mushrooms on my wife’s cheesesteak. When all I asked for on hers was mustard & fried onions. I’m glad no one is allergic , but that’s the last time I order from here.

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! I ordered two subs and a large pepperoni pizza and asked for it to be well done. I am pregnant and can’t eat undercooked dough. When the pizza got to me it was well undercooked I called and told them and they questioned me like I was lying then said they would send another one when that one got here it was the same way the only difference was the cheese was cooked more but the dough of the pizza was still undercooked. I called and explained everything to them and the first person i spoke to said he would send my money back because thats what i wanted i no longer wanted the pizza. i waited a hour no one came i called back and the person that answered this time said he cant give mw my money back because he had already made two pizzas but puke i said i could not eat either because they both were undercooked. He told me he only could send another kind of food but not my money at this point with me being pregnant and all i didn’t want anything else from them but he said it was nothing else he could do because a refund was out the question so i just said send me wings then. The wings got here and they was ok…. As for how i was treated i will never order from here again…. Im posting a picture of both pizzas so y’all can see that it really no difference in them.

Took over an hour to get our food . Poor service. Our subs were smashed the paper wrapped around them were soaked and dripping in the bag. I asked for fries to be extra crispy they were mushy and very disgusting. I will not be ordering from this place again.
