Ordered food from here online. When i got the food there was a blue hair in it. Tried calling and talking to a manager. They wont answer the phone so we called the gas station and they had to get someone to come to the phone. We finally get to talk to someone and tell her that we had a blue hair in the food when we opened it and got told that nobody who works there has blue hair. I dont have anybody in my house with blue hair and then we tried telling them that the sour cream was bad and that it had curdled. We got hung up on. Will not go back and will not order food from here again!

Very disappointing!! Went here with my best friend who worked at Dickey’s barbecue back in arizona. Even he said this was the worst experience he’s ever had. The meats came out cold. Almost like they were sitting around. They even tasted like they were a day old. The mac and cheese came out hot and that was the only thing that was good. Very disappointing for spending over $60 in food and getting call day old meats. Ended up having takeout boxes home and having to warm up myself later for dinner. Then they actually tasted a lot better. Do not recommend this place to my worst!

Take a look at this food. I will never eat here again. So much more to this story. The store manager didn’t rectify the situation. The cook lied and hung up on me because I was suppose to get my food replaced. One hour later I called the cook and told him I didn’t receive my order yet. He got angry and said doordash isn’t here to pick it up. Mind you it took only 30 minutes for doordash to deliver the 1st order. It’s not doordash fault. This got to be the worst barbecue restaurant on I-95. Keep rolling to exit 1 or 3 in Kingsland. The okra were raw, burned soggy bread and hardly any meat.

So, we’ve been to the Dickey’s in Lagrange, ga a few times now and it’s always amazing. I didn’t realize when we was there that it’s actually a chain so started looking to see if there was any nearby. Apparently we have one here in Jacksonville but the reviews are pretty terrible. But we was heading back from Brunswick and decided to stop at the one in Kingsland since it does have a pretty high ranking.
The lady at the register originally wasn’t very helpful when it came to ordering so we ended up having to order through the app…
Despite closing at 9 apparently they was waiting for us to leave at 8 to lock up…
And the food… My daughter is 5 her chicken was burnt (picture for reference)… To the point I was pulling it apart to make sure it was actually chicken.
We are used to the ribs falling off the bone and these were too tough for 2 out of 3 of us to eat.
The chicken breast was however very tender and juicy….
It was a little disappointing but Lagrange set a high standard. We will likely go back just to make sure it wasn’t just an off day considering the reviews are pretty good at this one.

Blue Collar Man
Got a 1/2 pound of brisket. Honestly tasted like it was oven broiled to me. The Carolina sauce made it ok. Wasn’t terrible, but not all that great either. Just makes you wonder if they even have a smoker. Definitely was a disappointment and not worth the money spent. I walked in and could see why it wasn’t busy.

I really can’t make this up. That was the worst chicken sandwich I ever had $20 for a canned chicken sandwich with microwaved mashed potatoes and green beans. They can’t make mashed potatoes fresh? They have to microwave them. That’s crazy. You are wasting your time and money turn around and get back in your car

Don’t even think about it. Brisket is hard. Sausage was old black colored. When I went to get my money back they couldn’t give it to me because the manager was not there. $70 down the drain.

I have eaten at many Dickie’s BBQ. That being said this was the worst experience I have ever had. The people were nice but the food had no seasoning what so ever. I mean brisket with out the crust, ribs look to have been boiled then baked and the wings look to have been boiled and then flash fried. I feel sorry because a customer behind me received this for there first Dickie’s experience. This location seems to be way out in left field compared to the many others I have visited. What a waste of money…
