I’ve gotten two pickup orders from here and both times, they were not good. I’m always early for my pickup time and the food is cold. There was like 5 little pieces of steak for the steak and eggs and for $20 its definitely not worth it. The first time i got the uncle hershells and it just wasnt it.

Amazing crew here! We stayed overnight in our RV and went in at 9PM for dinner on a Friday night. Our server Carly B was so kind to my family. She went above and beyond with service. We also stayed after to talk to Shauna the GM and she went above and beyond to make my kids feel seen and heard. They chatted over video games, school, and our travels.
This whole crew is kind, they work hard, and their teamwork is phenomenal! I highly recommend stopping here for a meal.

I don’t know who cleans this building but everything was nice And neat and spotless the floors looked great. The outside was clean hell u could eat off the front porch how clean it was. Everyone that works there is very cheerful and happy to be at work they’re really changing cracker barrel around. The new and improved cracker of the barrel.

Service was terrible. It was as if my mother, Aunt and I were interrupting her day. Poor Felicia was so upset at having to serve people, that she was just flinging stuff across the table. And to top it all off, she didn’t have her reading glasses with her. The biscuits were about 1/3 the thickness of a normal biscuit. Not even thick enough to cut open. The chicken fried chicken breakfast looked like a chicken tender. The gravy was so thick that it was like a sludge that had to be glopped on top of the food. My mom’s fries came out on my Aunt’s plate of food, so that she had to reach across the table to eat. The turkey dinner had so much sage in it that it made my Aunt throw up before we even go out of the restaurant. Really a bad experience. I did address the whole situation with the kitchen manager. We discussed “training opportunities”. She was very apologetic and did offer a discount. She was absolutely great to talk to, but if you go to this restaurant, avoid sitting in Felicia’s section. You’ll know her from the 4 star apronand crappy attitude.

A great Cracker Barrel on the way from Columbus to Chicago. The store had a lot of interesting stuff like gifts and gadgets. The dining room was decorated fancy like an old hunter’s home. The fried meat tasted decent with great Mac and cheese and dumplings sides. The C&B also gave a free tots for the first time sign-up. But, the service could be more attentive and WiFi was not valid.

I went only once, and that was for Thanksgiving dinner. I would describe the meal as fair cafeteria quality food. Certainly nothing to get excited about. Perhaps their food on normal days is better. One can only hope. On the upside, nice waitress and gift shop.

I went into Cracker Barrel at 8:30Pm I knew it was getting close to closing so, understand most servers are trying to clean up so they can go home. I was so amazed I received the same treatment as I would if the restaurant was just opening up. I always love a warm welcoming anywhere I go. My server J. Taylor, at the Lima location was so friendly; she also suggested I try the Roast Beef and Mash Potatoes I’m glad I did. I just want to recognize her hard work. She kept a smile on her face the entire time of waiting on me. Thanks!! I will be back!!

Traveling home from our trip we stopped here for lunch. Took server almost 10 minutes to greet us for drinks. Place was not busy. Waitress very nice and polite. Seemed like she had an issue with us, because my kids needed stuff. Refills, ketsup, cups to go. Food was ok. I got chicken n dumplins, daughter got fish, other daughter got mini burgers. Muni burgers were over cooked. Fish wasn’t good, was my daughters 1st time eating it. My chicken and dumplins were good.
