Visited during Restaurant Week for the sushi-sashimi bento box. It was a great meal, especially for the value! For $20 I got 4 slices of sashimi, 4 sushi, vegetable tempura, and a salad. The veggies were cooked perfectly – soft inside crunchy outside, and the fish was delightfully fresh!

I’ve been going to Kotobuki for many years now, and it has become my absolute favorite Japanese restaurant in town. The people who work there are amazing–they’re kind, friendly, and always make me feel welcome. And the food…oh my goodness, the food is just unbelievable. If you want real Japanese sushi, this is the place to be. It’s a hidden gem where you can get oysters, mackerel, and red snapper straight from Japan. The blue tuna is also particularly noteworthy. And the homie atmosphere just makes the experience that much more enjoyable. I highly recommend Kotobuki to anyone who wants to experience authentic Japanese cuisine.

I travel for work and have eaten sushi in tons of places. This place by far has the freshest sushi I have ever had. The sticky rice is incredible! The size of the rolls are not skimpy like I have eaten in other places. Trust me I don’t leave reviews but they deserve one!
