Loved the Tsaocaa in St. Bernard so I had to try the NOLA location! The drinks were great (try their slushes) and reasonably priced.
The interior is vibrantly decorated as well with vast seating area. Great for studying and hangouts.

It was absolutely my first time uncovering the richness of New Orleans roots such as their music , food and history which was purely delightful . I took the time to seek some Local businesses while i was visiting and i came across The Tsaocaa Cafe . First and foremost As i entered i noticed the environment such as the interior and design was extremely uplifting and so adorable ! I think its extremely important to focus on ways to make your Guests feel welcomed and Comfortable no matter how small or big your business might be . Placing our order was extremely easy as they have two kiosks in front of the pick up order and prep station which helps and i honestly found it extremely helpful in my case . The only downside i did not seem fond off was i was not greeted and when i approached the front counter to go to the restroom i was just stared at and not even properly welcomed as Every Guest should be no matter how you look or who you are . The only interaction i had with any of the employees was when I was told my corndogs was still being prepped . I did see however how a customer was greeted which really alarmed me because i believe Everyone should be greeted and made felt welcomed no matter if its a simple hello or how are you like sometimes a smile can impact a human so much whether you are having a bad day or a great day . In regards to the food i can honestly say it was so delicious and i have never tasted something that instantly reminded me of home while on my mini trips . This meant so much to me and it came with alot of comfort just tasting the different sweets and side snacks they offered to their guests . I have written this review based on my experiance and it was not to belittle anyone but simple to share my experience as everyone has free willingly done so as well .

This place has the best boba in NOLA and the different types of chicken wings are to die for with such fun flavors. I personally love the soy garlic. The service is kind and warm, great atmosphere and people, I genuinely can’t recommend this place enough. I’ve tried so many different types of boba drinks and they’ve all been good. I’ll be returning many times to try more drinks!

I enjoyed my dinner here! I tried the hot Cheetos cheese dog and even though it wasn’t spicy at all and didn’t have much flavor, I still enjoyed it. My strawberry milk tea was delicious. My friends said the ramen was good and they enjoyed the octopus balls as well. The octopus balls MOVED which I didn’t expect. The restaurant is super cute, even though the claw machine are totally rigged, we still enjoyed playing them.

I was in New Orleans visiting a friend at the hospital and wanted to stop somewhere for a “boba tea” before heading back to BR. I saw some of my favorites from Houston around the area but decided on this place bc it was close to where I was and they had good reviews. I am so happy I did bc this store was SO cute and the staff was absolutely so sweet. I always have questions when I try new places bc I hate food disappointment lol. The staff was so accommodating and sweet. They gave me recommendations and suggestions. I decided on the Pineapple Passionfruit tea and ordered a spicy Taiwanese popcorn chicken. I will say this tea is very sweet (to me) even at 50% but it was still very good. There were nice chunks of pineapple in the drink and it was aesthetically pleasing to look at. When I mentioned it was still a little sweet, they offered to add more tea to it and explained that this particular flavor is a little more sweeter than their other teas bc of the pineapple jam but it didn’t bother me bc I take a while to finish a drink anyways.
I don’t live around this area anymore but I visit BR frequently and if I happen to be in NO, I will 100% stop by again. The owner (I think) said they have only been opened for 2 months so I think this place is still a hidden gem but of course I ain’t gonna gate keep lol! They offer a lot of street foods and ramen and some desserts. Everything was fresh and portion seems to be generous based on how much chicken I got! Definitely try it out for yourself! I don’t think you’ll be disappointed ❤️

Good place to get milk tea among other drinks as well as quick bites. Their popcorn chicken was pretty good! I love the atmosphere of this restaurant, great to sit down or take takeout. They have games and claw machines. They have a large menu and you can also order on the kiosk, which has pictures of each item. I got the black milk tea with Boba and popcorn chicken. The Boba was OK, I like this place much better than Vivi’s. I’ll come back.

I was absolutely blown away by this place—it’s hard to know where to begin! Let me start with the food, which was phenomenal, even by New Orleans’ high culinary standards. We tried the Hot Cheeto Corn Dog, a genius combo of half corn dog and half jumbo mozzarella stick. It was fresh, crispy, and incredibly flavorful. Then came the hot and spicy Korean fried chicken legs. At $14, we initially thought it was a bit pricey—until the order arrived. To our delight, it included five massive drumsticks! They were perfectly crispy, steaming hot, and packed with incredible flavor. We also had the Tonkotsu ramen, which was rich, savory, and absolutely delicious.
For beverages, we went with the lychee milk green tea. I’ve never been a fan of boba because of its texture, but the staff recommended bubbles instead (tiny, delightful bursts of flavor), and it was a total game-changer. I enjoyed it so much more than traditional boba!
And the service? Oh my gosh. For a place with a self-order kiosk, I never expected such outstanding hospitality. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I’m lactose intolerant, and one of the staff members went above and beyond to recommend drinks that paired best with their milk alternatives—it made all the difference.
From start to finish, this spot exceeded every expectation. Amazing food, thoughtful service, and unforgettable flavors—if you’re looking for your next favorite eatery, this is it!
