A town like Goshen with a vibrant downtown, thriving arts scene, and passionate community deserves more than one good coffee shop, and Cortado has filled that need perfectly. The espresso is well crafted, there is a nice small menu for breakfast and lunch, and the baked goods are all to die for. The most difficult part is settling on just one or two pastries! The food and pastries often have many options for all sorts of dietary needs such as gluten-free and vegan!
The space is modern yet still has great cozy vibes, with a style unique to the area. Even with the high quality feel of the establishment the prices are reasonable. The staff has been excellent and knowledgeable, able to help navigate the amazing choices on the drinks menus. If you are a tea lover, this is a great place for you – a strong focused selection of loose-leaf teas, brewed properly and served elegantly!

I am local and have tried most of the menu- nothing had disappointed! Cortado is 12/10, so yummy, the staff is friendly and great to work with and the atmosphere is always buzzing with excitement. It’s overall a positive and enjoyable atmosphere with incredible food and espresso drinks! They also have gluten and dairy free options for food and drinks, as well as completely vegan options. I am so grateful to have a gem like this in our little town!

I’m so excited to have this local coffee shop! The lattes and drinks are the best I’ve had with just the right blend of espresso and syrup. The breakfast sandwich is no ordinary breakfast sandwich and is packed with flavor. The pastries are top notch and unique. Highly recommend. It would be worth a drive!

Take out coffee experiences during the day have been outstanding! Supper club experience was pretty good, overall cost about $100/person and reservations had to be made over a week in advance. Servers were attentive and kind. Overall, dinner felt a tad rushed but I understand that some people prefer efficiency over a more relaxed pace. The taste of my main course was good but I would not say that it was super flavorful or incredible. I appreciate that Cortado accommodates food allergies and dietary preferences!
