Everyone is always friendly at most locations. Store is fully stocked. Service is always great. I even purchased 2 loaves of sourdough bread. Love your bread.

My friend and I had an excellent lunch yesterday. We are both seniors. She tried to use her points that she earned . That morning she had got a notice to use them or she would loose them. At the register it wouldn’t take her $15 off. No one knew what to do. It was quite embarrassing. We drove around and decided to come back and ask again. We were told you had to spend $50. How can 2 seniors who don’t eat that much spend $50. What a joke. Points should be used whenever . You earned them.

To start off the host told us he didn’t know what was going on or what to do. We were sat around 450, the waitress Morgana took our order, dropped off our drinks and bill (before we got our food) and we never saw her again. We ate our whole meal with empty drinks. She walked by several times, we tried to get her attention and had no luck. We went 35 minutes without her stopping by our table from the time she took our order to when we left. The manager was barking orders and the whole place seemed like pure chaos. I understand it was busy but for a server to drop the check before we get our food and never stop by again? Very disappointing.

Despite how busy the restaurant was, the waitress was on point. Her customer service was phenomenal. All the staff was polite and respectful. And they all had smiles on their faces. Cracker barrel has always been one of my favorite places to eat and that will never change.

Crappiest breakfast ever. Asked for bacon well cooked crispy. Cooked rare and unable to eat. Ice tea was $3.50. Do you charge that for coffee or hot tea. No wonder the brand is failing.
Decor was dusty and had cobwebs. Yuk. Just think what the kitchen looks like. I felt as if our server was rushing us out. Who puts silverware near a walkway where people could sneeze on it.
My last trip to Cracker Barrel in any state

I was looking forward to their breakfast and what we received was barely edible. Under cooked and under seasoned. Husband refused to eat the pancakes, they tasted fishy. Sausage was over salted. Bacon not salty. Our server was amazing. We paid the bill, I did tell the cashier when she asked about it. She seemed apathetic to the situation. Fine by me, I won’t be going back.

I had not been to the cracker barrel in the longest time, but decided to venture over and enjoy the Christmas store and then decided to have a lunch.
I have the most attentive waitress that you could ever want, very knowledgeable, very friendly, she knew her menu for sure, went out of her way to make sure everything was to our liking. I would love to have her again for my waitress. You guys are very blessed to have her on your staff. Thank you, Carol Ann

Stopped in for brunch early week 2/23, had country steak with 2 sides, steak very good, but 1 side, coarse grits, were terrible, watery, grey and tasteless.? If you can’t make grits, even in the north, you better find a new skill set.

The meal was cold and the broccoli side had a few ice chips in middle as if wasn’t heated up. I ordered to go. Stay in Hilton behind restaurant so wasn’t like I had mikes to travel were talking feet. My meal obviously sat for a while before brought out. Flavor of chicken was good. I got chicken tenders Mac and cheese broccoli corn muffins.
