Great classic steakhouse spot! You can’t go wrong with Filet Mignon, New York, prime rib or any other cut. Comes cooked to order, my preference is Medium Rare. Glass of Cabernet helps digestion. Mash potatoes, baked potato, asparagus or broccoli is good company to a steak. Overall good food. Service is slow, our waitress confused order. Bad communication with wait staff. She never came back throughout diner to ask if we need anything or if food was good or if we want desert or drinks… waiters prefer to stay in the kitchen galley talking and laughing loud while your food arrives cold…

Great vibes. Our server Melly was super welcoming and did an awesome job serving us! Everything we ordered was PERFECT. Only complaint I have is they didn’t have anymore spinach dip but it’s ok because everything else I ordered was so flavorful and cooked to perfection. Shout out to the chefs! I recommend the Wild West shrimp, the spicy chicken bites, Brussels sprouts, Mac and cheese, Parmesan crusted broccoli and the shrimp & lobster chowder! The mango margarita was very good also. First time coming here and definitely will be back!

We loved the Parmesan Spinach Dip! The New York Strip was excellent, and the Parmesan Crusted Chicken was both tasty and beautifully presented. My Ribeye, however, was unfortunately overcooked for my preference. The sides of house mashed potatoes and asparagus were great. Despite the one issue with the Ribeye, it was a good experience overall.

First time coming to this restaurant, as soon as we got a message for the table that we waited 35 minutes for and went inside to get seated just for the hostess to say that they had given the table to somebody else because we took too long, mind you we received the message saying that the table was ready and that they would save the spot for 5 minutes at 8:50 and we were there at 8:52. So they had given the table away way before time, not only that but she lied straight to our face that they had called us but we only received the message that the table was ready not a call. After we got seated, we waited something around 10-15 minutes for a server to come to the table and offer us water and something to start with, we then ordered everything and she took 15 minutes for the waters and the bread with butter, but she forgot to give us utensils so we had to wait like 10 minutes to even eat the bread due to us not having any utensils at the table. She brought the food later and she didn’t even take the plates from the bread or anything she just waited for us to move our plates out of the way so she could pass the food, even after we finished eating everything she didn’t take any plates off the table until she was about to bring the dessert so she removed all the plates and waters off the table to bring the dessert after, the food was not great the Mac and cheese was cold and the steaks were not very good, the service was terrible the hostess was rude and the server did not know how to take care of tables and apparently none of the servers did because we kept seeing people from other tables stand up to look for their servers, I’ve been to many restaurants but have never seen such untrained staff and poor service until today, first and last time I come here.

This Longhorn is amazing. The staff here is kind and caring. They provide excellent service. The food is delicious. The parm crusted chicken is amazing!! The baked potato soup is a must! Ashley at the bar is one of the kindest people I have ever had bartend and provide me service. A true professional!

Warm, delicious bread and butter set a comforting tone to start the meal. The baby back ribs were tender and flavorful, while the salad came generously dressed with rich blue cheese. The 12 oz ribeye was perfectly prepared and well-seasoned, just the way a steak should be. Service was excellent and fast, with Joan making our dining experience even better.

I had a wonderful experience at LongHorn Steakhouse thanks to the amazing service. Christelle was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. She was knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations.
I also want to recognize the manager Tomomi, who was incredibly professional and welcoming. They checked in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and clearly cared about both the guests and the staff.

I had an outstanding experience at LongHorn in Miami, FL, all thanks to Ashley I., who was both my bartender and server. I ordered the 12oz Ribeye, cooked medium with the 7 Pepper Seasoning, along with a house salad and mashed potatoes — and everything was cooked to perfection and absolutely spot-on.
Ashley I. was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive throughout my visit. She made excellent recommendations and created such a welcoming atmosphere. You can tell she genuinely cares about providing great service.
This was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while. I’ll definitely be returning — and asking for Ashley again. She’s a true asset to the LongHorn team!
