This was the first time I ever even HEATD of Charleys. Such a pleasant experience, I had no issues tipping ,and the wings were delicious. The prices are reasonable, especially for an outlet mall. I was impressed by the customer service, and the speed if service. I would highly recommend if you’re out and about and wanna get some good wings. My husband loved the chicken cheesteak as well. Well done!!

I’m leaving this review out of frustration.
The card reader was conveniently “broken,” and they strongly pushed for a tip—completely unprofessional. The food was disappointing, and the service was just as bad. Everyone I’ve met in Des Moines has been incredibly kind and welcoming, but this place really ruined my experience.
To make things worse, this one restaurant gave me a bad impression of the entire outlet mall. It’s unfortunate, because I was really enjoying my time here until this happened.
I’ll be writing a full post on my blog about this when I get back.

We ordered online because the app states “skip the line”. Don’t ever do that at this store! They continually took everyone else’s orders and fed them first. They didn’t even look at our online order until the line slowed down. We asked multiple times about our order. We submitted store feedback. Someone from the store called that evening to say “I calling to ask you sorry but we were busy.” Apparently I wasn’t considered a customer by ordering online. Our order was received 30 minutes after we placed it and even then…they left out the kid’s meal. We would have received our food much faster by standing in line. The store response was completely unacceptable. The drinks were mostly ice. The sandwiches were dry with very little meat. After the store responded to the online feedback, I submitted a request for someone above store level to contact us. I won’t eat there again. I was excited about going to Charleys. I love the food and service at other Charleys locations. Charleys…please fix this problem.

To be honest i was not expecting much as is a fast food but i was deliciously mistaken. The sandwich was absolutely delicious and the fries so fresh. Definitely a great place! And the service was so fast also.

Used to get Charleys in Florida, and it was great… But this location was terrible. Sandwiches were very light on meat. Wife was randomly given extra hot sauce on hers, after being denied a side of mayo. Maybe it made them mad? Fries were okay, but the cheese sauce on mine tasted like it was days old. So disappointed that a place I was looking forward to enjoying was such a crap experience.
