This location of Olive Garden Restaurant is really good. The food was very good and served quickly. The staff were extremely friendly and Ernest our server was excellent, friendly and attentive. We had a great lunch. I noticed that this location also features a covered drive through to pick up online orders.

You know this place has the potential to be really well managed but it just isn’t. They do not know how to schedule their wait staff. The poor staff was running around crazy. All the girls there were so sweet, but the management would just ignore you like you weren’t someone’s significant in their life. I say start firing management, let the regular staff run the place…..They seem more fit.

Stellar service and food today for lunch to celebrate three special work anniversaries! Server “Earnest” was the best I’ve had at this restaurant in my memory. Came here after a choir trip, with 40+ people and only one server, Earnest, he was amazing such a fun guy and he was on top of everything, considering the size of our party. Food came surprisingly fast and he was thorough every step of the way making sure we all were cared for, I already love Olive Garden in general, but this location is so big, and pretty and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. I have so much respect for restaurants accommodating large groups of people coming in. Will definitely be revisiting.

So I’ll have to admit that I haven’t been to an Olive Garden in a very long time, so this past week since we were in the neighborhood, we decided to drop on in. and they did not disappoint. I wish I could remember our waitress’ name, but she went way above and beyond making sure that we had everything that we needed. Even offering some suggestions on what to order. The food that we ordered was excellent, and you could tell that it was just cooked and not something that had been “warming” in the back. There is only one thing that I personally did not enjoy while I was there, and this has nothing to do with the restaurant, the staff, or anything… it is just a personal preference.. and that was there were too many onions in the salad… yep that’s right, if I had to give one negative comment about this, is that they went heavy with the onions. But like I said, this is not because of the staff.. I could have simply asked for no onions, and the problem would have been solved, so just over look that and make sure that when you are in the NLR area of McCain, stop on by because you will definitely leave with a full stomach and plenty to take home with you.
