Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I ordered an iced latte, a ham and cheese croissant, and a jelly donut. When I bit into the donut, it was hard as a rock. I went back inside and told the cashier, and she said all the donuts were like that. I asked for one from the front display instead, and surprise — it was perfectly fine. Clearly not all the donuts were hard. Be careful.

I ordered two plain bagels with cream cheese and after I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes I get to the window and there’s two girls just having a conversation instead of attending to customers. When my 6 year old grabbed her bagel there was just a big scoop of cream cheese not even smeared as if nobody even remotely tried. I complained and the girl at the sandwich station just gave me attitude and told me she did her best, cut me off in mid conversation to tell me to have a good day. Never going back to this dump.

To be honest, this is probably the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the area!! I order the same thing every day and I ask them nicely every morning to make sure that my sandwich has no egg on it and that the cheese is melted and every time they give me unmelted cold cheese!!! It’s ridiculous that they cannot make an order right or check on an order when a customer asks them to. Do not recommend I would recommend the one at the end of Exit 17!

Ordered two wake-up wraps, and the cheese was black, and wrap was burnt and brought apart. South Glens Falls DD is horrible they took too long and actually thought someone would eat that. I will never be back to that store again. I have never had issues with the DD on Glen St. Or exit 17, but Sgf is a joke!!! Don’t was your money or time!!!

I’m not sure why but I get the same thing from every Dunkin I go and it’s never a problem for them to make an iced Matcha latte, 3 pumps of chai, oat milk, and cold foam.
This one location for some reason seem to act like they DON’T know what oat milk is, and I NEVER get the chai syrup in my drink but instead I get 4 matcha powder… my drink is never done right and nine times out of ten it looks WAY too watered down and tastes like it too.
Not ever pleased with my order. It shouldn’t be that difficult to make a drink with three/four things. I’ve seen people ask for the wackiest crap and that gets done right but a simple drink such as this is difficult to make? Ridiculous.

Went to Dunkin on 2/3/25 right before 8am. The service was impeccable. The best service I had anywhere, in a while! The employee who took my order, he was so friendly and kind, you can hear his smile thru the telecom. AND THEN IT GETS BETTER! The same person who took my order added coffee art on top of my delicious latte! He made a snowflake on it! I married a nephew of ‘Snowflake Bentley,’ so getting a snowflake drawn on my latte was even more amazing! Kudos to that employee! Made my week! Thank you!

Went through the drive through at 4pm, got their $6 meal special with 3 egg and cheese , one on a plain bagel, and two sesame seed bagels, and 1 hot coffee, and 2 decaf. Was told at the window that it might take a while, because there are only two of them. No problem. I was the only customer. 10 minutes later, still at the window, they finally come to the window with the food. Long wait for one customer with two people working behind the counter. Then I got home and the order was messed up. Coffee had cream and sugar and was cold (I hadn’t asked for cream or sugar), all the bagels were wrong kind. Bottom line, staff was super slow, coffee was wrong and cold, and they didn’t even get the bagels right. Time to get robots

So, I have been going to this Dunkin for years almost on a daily basis… at the age of 55 Dunkin considered that senior citizen, and I am 59 almost 60 years old now. I also am a member of AARP and I could only get a 10% discount on anything under $10… so they lose money there as it is and March 8th I was told they can no longer give me a discount. I said keep your coffee and left. Another Dunkin had previously given me a hard time by telling me I wasn’t a senior just by looking at me and refused to give me my discount. When I called customer service that was then rectified. This time customer service told me it was up to the individual store. I loved some of the workers there, most of them are sweet hearts and I hardly ever complained even though so many times I would leave and something was wrong with my order. So needless to say, they have lost an everyday regular customer over a 10% discount for a senior citizen, which I am! I would be more than happy to have shown my … Goodbye Dunkin, you’re getting too outrageous on your prices now anyhow.
